Just not your average fast food/drive thru experience. When you have excellent food to offer, and your business is growing, the... best thing they have perfected is the drive thru. No more speaking into a barely working intercom. You get live interaction withcustomer service. You get 2 lanes to choose from and 3 different stops before you get your fresh, hot chicken. It's "good fast food." Service was excellent, store was immaculate, food was hot and tasted well. But let's keep it realistic,... it's fast food. ??????? I also find their menu really limiting, but it's better to stick to a few things and do them well thanoffer a lot and do them poorly. I am not going to rant and rave about how excellent it was. We visited for the first time today. Service was excellent, workers were cheerful and polite. Our breakfast was delicious. The... dining room was immaculate. The only down side is that we were freezing! We had to eat with our coats on. We commented aboutthe temperature and the employeee politely told us that they have no control over it.
