Not a good day at Chipotle. They were out for brown rice and some sodas (we found out after attempting to fill up). And the... payment system went down for 10 minutes while we waited to pay. Not the best visit. The staff were nice though and the rest ofthe food was pretty good. Read more
Trash customer service. I had to wait 25 mins for my burrito bc someone doesn't know how to cook chicken fast enough. I saw four... people walk out without an order bc they were taking too long like who tf is in charge of this place im never coming back. Read more
Stopped for take out, realized when I got home that although I received the correct order, I was charged for a more expensive... item. I?m sure that it was my receipt since the last four digits of the card are mine. Workers socializing (I normally don?thave a problem with that) instead of paying attention. This location sucks, the last time we ordered we were missing items. This time our bowl was full of liquid and soaked through... the bag. The new brisket was horrible, dry and chewy. My burrito was 90% rice and very little of the other toppings I asked for,and the rice was either extremely old or undercooked. It was very hard and tough. The queso had chunks of old dry queso in it.Never again. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. First time ever going to chipotle and it was the worst experience I?ve ever had anywhere.... Service was horrible; and honestly the food wasn?t that good either. They had no chips, so for my kids we got fruit, and thatconsisted of a clementine in a plastic cup. When I was in the middle of ordering they went to the next person and I had to cashout and get back in line to order the rest of my stuff. They didn?t even tell me my first total and couldn?t print a receipt forme. Food wasn?t very good, very plain. Next time I will go to Moes. They always have chips and more options for toppings. The place was not neat, there were trash cans overflowing,they ran out of dressing, the pan of lettuce was empty with my serving... that was just enough to fill a side cup. They seemed busy with only 4 ppl in line. I gave it 3 stars because the staff wasfriendly. My greeter was smiling and enthusiastic and the rest courteous. The hot food also has a nice temperature whichmattered most to me. Read more
Dinner from Chipotle... Everytime I eat here I wonder how this chain could Ave been owned by McDonalds at one point of time... :) Chorizo (chicken & pork) burrito bowl...a bed of white rice with pinto beans, medium salsa, lettuce and cheese with a sideof some fantastic guacamole and chips. ~$12 Read more
Food was good, the guy making the food very friendly, but when it came to cashing out, the girl had zero personality. Then went... to go sit with mom to eat our burritos & the restaurant area was a complete mess, filthy & disgusting! Every table had foodscraps & remnants on it & clearly no one was taking charge to make sure the tables in the restaurant area were cleaned off! Theonly thing I could think of was if they let the restaurant area get this bad, what's it look like in the back of the house??? Read more
