Came last night for some munchkins but they were all out and I was told to come in the morning for them or to go through the app... and get a refund. I wasn't bothered as I was in the hotel right next to it. I went back this morning and this Dunkin doesn'thave jelly or powdered munchkins :( but the employee was friendly and explained that some franchises don't carry them. The service here is less than impressive. I understand a high volume during the morning and things can get crazy and mistakes... can be made, however when it's slower and your flavored ice coffee has ALL of the flavoring is sitting at the bottom it's alittle frustrating. "Why don't you just mix it then" well it's it's the principal, you don't go to Texas Roadhouse for steak andhave to cook it yourself. It should come out medium rare from the kitchen like I asked. The cherry on top though that reallymade me decide to write is then when I go for the donut, it's upside down in the bag, chocolate frosting face down and stuck tothe bottom. Now one would think "how trivial of this guy to write a bad review over such little things" but I come to this storeoften and more and more the attention to detail and pride for ones work is sadly lacking from this location. I ordered a veggie egg white omelette through Uber eats to be delivered. And I got meat in it!!!! I can?t and I won?t eat... meat!!! The meat literally touched everything I couldn?t eat it and they won?t give me a refund. That was my breakfast. Iordered coffee and a breakfast. I can make coffee in my hotel room, I was mainly ordering for the breakfast and I couldn?t eveneat it. Who puts meat in a VEGGIE OMELETTE?!?! Read more
