Just went through the drive thru and the gentlemen (not) was rude and I asked for a iced coffee light on the cream and sugar. I... go to the window and he asked me ,what do you mean light cream and sugar. I said half of what ever is standard he slams thewindow in my face and I hear him say extra cream extra sugar and then I couldn?t hear the rest, he brings my drink andpractically throws it at me and of course full of sugar and cream. I ordered an iced cappuccino from here through the mobile app. Even though I asked for less ice, they still filled up my cup to... the top. In this area so far this is the only one that will do that. Also, the staff is really friendly. I know for some peopleit's kind of out of the way but completely worth it. Read more
This place used to be my favorite Dunkin. Used to be fast and always accurate. Last couple months has been awful. Like someone... else mentioned you sit at the speaker for 10 minutes while they do the two cars in front of you instead of just taking yourorder. Either way you have to take the order and make the food, so why let someone sit there and let the line grow dangerouslyout into the road. Then on top of it, I started doing on the go orders instead of waiting in such a long line because I have toget to work in the morning. Several times it took then well beyond the point of me getting there when I put the order in beforeI leave. And then today the locked the lobby and told all the on the go orders to go through drive thru. The point of the on thego order is to skip the line that is already obnoxiously lo g and you just added many busy people to. 2 Stars because while thewait is long they are nice workers there. Bought an espresso machine today though. So I'm done waiting for these lines everymorning. Read more

Double D is always a place where you can expect scalding hot coffee. Throw in a turbo shot because you won't be able to taste it... after your first sip! Might as well go full on for that tasty, sweet, caffeinated coffee! Read more
