This my first one star rate ever. One of the worst locations ever, 45 minutes Waite in line multiple times when I come around 9... pm. The management seems to don?t care about customers experience. Multiple times getting the wrong order with them not evenapologise for that. Staff seems to not take their job seriously with no since of professionalism. To the management team, if youreally want to improve the business, start listing to the customers complaints and address them accordingly. Read more
This is the worst KFC Taco bell that I have ever been to. Taking 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and put it on the counter and... had me wait 20 more minutes for my grilled cheese box. Store manager I worthless and did nothing. Mind you, almost the samething happened 2 weeks ago. I chalked it up to being busy but this time they were not. Sandwich was cold, imagine that. ???? The female at the register was extremely rude to us and paid little to no attention to our orders. She seemed to be working in... slow motion because every time we asked a question or added an item to our order, she would just sit and stare at us like wewere stupid or wasting her time. She basically wanted nothing to do with us. We also got our orders late and had missing itemslike drinks or plastic sporks to eat with. What were we supposed to eat with our Famous Bowls? Our hands? First of all the parking lot had garbage in it. The door/ windows entering were dirty. This should of been a no go for me. The... place was run down. Placed our order for take out took almost 20 minutes to get. I ordered 2 piece meal. 1 wing 1 breast. Got 1wing and a thigh. Which we don't care for dark meat. Second of all we didn't get any rooms and they were out of ketchup. Whilewaiting u could see back area by drive thru the floor was a mess. Needless to say we will not be returning. Read more
This place flabbergasts me. They don?t have chicken ready, ever. It?s a KFC. It?s not like I pull up and order a bowling ball;... chicken is in your name. I was at 7th North location Last Night.. and the person ( Andrew) who took my order could not hear what I was saying because... the air fans .. when I asked him to repeat and asked him to Reinstate what I asked him... Seemed to be slightly annoyed... ..then after ordering a 37 dollar meal rolled his eyes when I asked for condiments I felt the amount of condiments wordssufficient after walking away from me.. he exclaimed and huffy .. For the first time after a while saw franchises, corporate bussines location so clean at first at food facility, guests... friendly, customer oriented. Thank you,guys. I was surprised and gave a compliment to manager on duty. I visited randomlybecause of transportation CSX crew members and waiting time was longer than expected, so, i decided to have a party, lunch timeon my own.????????????
