Their online ordering wasn?t working so I called and ordered. My order online added up to 19 dollars with tax and they were... telling me my total was 28. I was about to say I ordered online and my total came to 19 and the girl cut me off midway throughmy third word. She said online doesn?t work. I said yeah but I was just asking how it adds up to 28 when it adds up to 28online. I ordered online and when i got there it was not done. Was supposed to be curbside pick up i had to go in to get it and it was... still not done. Had to wait at counter no one came over to ask what i needed or anything. I think it is the manager older manwas very rude to other workers yelling at them and being angry in front of customers and he wasn't any nicer to the customers.The customer service is horrible can tell customers are not there priority. Food was burning, backed up in the oven and i dontknow why they had 5 employees there. Was not that busy. Food was over cooked and not good at all very greasy over priced for thequality you get. Literally the worst service we?ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. The waitress was not very attentive and we waited over an hour for... our food dining in. After we finally got the check it was a nightmare to split it because she just assumed it was all together.The older gentleman that fixed it was still rude and I wouldn?t recommend going their to any of friends, family, or even thehomeless man off the street. Left work after a 12 hour day. The kids wanted Pizza Hut so I call to place a carry out order to pick up on the way home. I had... a 12 minute drive from work to Pizza Hut. When I called, I finally got through after a few minutes. A Man picked up to take myorder. I asked what the specials were and he said ?hold on.? Well, I was on hold 12.33 minutes later when I walked into PizzaHut and surprise! There were NO customers other than myself. I walked in to order and I must say I was furious!! The Managersaid? oh! That?s the call center from some other country!? Now, that didn?t make me feel better I must say. I tried "The Edge" Pizza. Awful. Dry, withered, cold, tasteless. Worse than a generic frozen pizza from a mini-mart. The App... was a pain also. Tried to sign up an account. Nothing but errors. The salad bar was MUCH better today than it's been, there was actually more choices! Still no cottage cheese/fruit or sunflower... seeds and crunchy Chinese noodles, and they ran out of croutons but other than that it was very good the lettuce and tomatoeswere fresh and good! Well this will be the last time. I go to this location. Angry employees. Looks like they didn't care when making the food. This... is 2nd time that I had a bad experience. The pizza was over cooked clearly made with hate. Pizza tasted so bad. Wasn't evenenjoyable ruined my day. I feel sick to my stomach. Worse tasting pizza. I'm very disappointed. I used to love pizza hut but nowthe quality went down.the edge pizza isn't worth the 15 bucks they are asking for. Domino's pan pizza is way better than this. I would love to, but I can?t give anymore stars because they were all in the kitchen the other night. Let me break it down. We... showed up for dine in service, and there was a sign on the wall stating that they couldn?t offer table service, but customerswere more than welcome to order, and eat at the tables, it would just be in a to-go box. We had a party of ten plus people for afriends birthday. They allowed us to push some tables together, and have a pleasant evening, without protest. Between usordering, people coming and going, phone calls non stop, this crew had their hands on the wheel the entire time. They didn?thave to, but the kitchen crew treated us like sit down customers at a fine dining place.
