Driving back home from Canada we found this fantastic Italian Restaurant. Take Exit 37 off Route 90. Don't skip dessert. We drove from Boston and stopped in Syracuse as a halfway point home to Cleveland. Food was absolutely delicious!! Everything... was fresh and the service was great! Our waitress was very friendly and spent a lot of time with us describing different disheson the menu. Pasta is homemade and tasted fabulous!! Highly recommend!! Read more

Went to Syracuse from Rochester on short notice for calling hours and needed dinner afterwards. Boy were we delighted to eat at... Santangelo's Restaurant! I had the salad with strawberries and oranges followed by the best chicken parmigiana! Hot andperfectly cooked! The sauce was smooth and a little bit sweet. Just left one of thee best Restaurants in Syracuse Area . Drinks were tasty . We ordered Calamari was out of this world also... fried Mozzarella Bites,Onto Antipasto Salad fresh as could be. Two Soups one was Chicken Noodle Homemade and Second was Cremeof Asapargus Homemade out of this world .Last were the meals one was the Steak and Shrimp tonight's special cooked medium toperfection , and thee other meal was the Sampler ravioli chicken Parm and Alfredo. To finish it off we ordered canolli and triple Chocolate Cake and took home for the kid Sara's Homemade Cake . This is a must stop if you visit syracuse or arepassing thru make your reservation.
