I wish I could give a 0. I really try to never leave bad reviews. The staff laughed at our order and proceeded to give us tacos... of only lettuce and potato when my husband asked multiple times for beans on the tacos. When he brought them back up and triedto ask for beans they laughed and kept asking him what is he saying and he just asked for a refund. The staff is rude and mean. Read more
Worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to in my life. Quality is trash and service is slow. I?ve been here about half a dozen times and... this is always the the case with this place. I will never waste my time again here. Also, apparently it?s too much to ask tohave the lobby open during lunch time. Shut this place down if you can?t staff it. Pull in and nearly smash my oil pan off the ground. Fix your parking lot. Got 3-4 pot holes that are at least 6-12 inches deep... and you can clearly see it's been that way and has gotten worse overtime. This place sucks overall. Can't give a proper review, this location is severely understaffed. We could tell right away it was going to be a wait and I... was on lunch, so I had to go. Too bad, this is a taco bell KFC combo store so you can get tacos AND fried chicken. What aworld. Read more
Food came out fine. The three stars is really for the parking lot. It is TERRIBLE. The entire property is in need of a repave.... I'm guessing the owner just doesn't want to spend the money. Yes, it's very expensive. But, it's obvious the pavement is inshambles. Read more
I was the only person at the counter and stood there at least 5 minutes before being waited on. I ordered burrito supreme and... soft taco they were terrible. I really don't know why I go to this restaurant 9 out of ten times the food and service sucks! Read more
Unfortunately, the tacos had little to nothing on them. They might be the way corporate asks employees to do it, but every other... Taco Bell actually fills the taco a good amount. This location on the other hand? Barely anything. Not to mention, there'smassive potholes when you pull in. Try your best to dodge or be prepared for something in your car to potentially break. First of all I did not get what I ordered and driveway was awful, giant potholes and mean bad, coming in and right by picking up... your food at window, at least a couple of feet seriously. Just terrible, this was on 7th north st. The one on erie blvd isgreat so don't confuse the two please. Read more
