Took a road trip with a friend to visit her brother on Sunday 10/23/22 at the Ferry Boat Campground (2 hour drive) - we never go... anywhere without looking for a winery to complete the visit and this one was right across the highway. Well we were definitelynot disappointed to say the least - the wines were fabulous, the view spectacular, the service outstanding & friendly and theprices exceptional!!!!! IMO the # 1 winery in PA and I have been to many wineries in PA as well as the Finger Lakes in NY andso many wineries in NJ and I have to say The Winery at Hunters Valley is above and beyond most of them!!!! Hunters Valley not only offers a spectacular view of the valley and the susquehanna river but the atmosphere is very pleasant... and the wine is tasty. My husband and I love the Summer Days wine when they make it for the season and always make it a point tohead up and buy a few bottles. Their other wines are very good and they have a wide selection of different types whether youenjoy sweet wine, dry, Fruity, a good cab or even a wine slushy. I love supporting this local winery. They are very friendly andprofessional and the winery itself has been improving over time with their offerings. Their outside areas where you can sit andsip wine and enjoy the view is very nice. They are not hard ro find even though they are slightly off the beaten path. They hostweddings and other events there too. You will not be disappointed if you pop by for a visit and I'm sure once you go you will beback. Read more

We had the absolute best service in the tasting room! The women serving was so beyond kind & personable! The wine and experience... was just what we were looking for! Beautiful view. If you like sweet wines they will have lots to choose from. Chardonnay steel but didn't have the heavy metal... taste steel can sometimes give. Glad we stopped and recommend a stop off here. Read more

This winery was absolutely gorgeous. The view is exquisite, and I can imagine it would make for a great wedding (we actually... inquired while there for pricing!). It's kind of tucked away in the middle of nowhere, but so glad we made the drive. Parking iseasy and plentiful. The prices are decent, and they have events as well like bingo. The bathrooms were clean, and interior waspristine. You get 10% off for 6+ bottles (will not confirm nor deny if we purchased this many). Their wines have amazing andunique flavors I've never seen before. We decided to get two sets of flights so that we could try as many things as possible andhad such a hard time deciding what to purchase so as not to break the bank! I definitely recommend trying out this winery, it'swell worth it. Read more
