8:00 am Saturday morning and there not open. Every weekend they open late in the morning.
Went thru the drive thru on our way home. There was no one in line. The female taking our order asked a question and my husband... said give us a minute. She forgot to turn off her mic when she said "OMG", in a bothered tone. Immediately there was someoneelse helping us. We finished our order and went to the window. We paid and then we're asked to pull forward and wait for someoneto bring out our food. There still was no one in line. I guess others have read the bad reviews and stayed away. I didn't readthem until after this experience. The food was good but the customer service will keep us from stopping here again. Read more
I really love Burger King, but this one took 25 minutes to bring us our food. They parked us when no one was behind us, and the... food wasn't even hot when we got it. They're "privately owned" which gives the managers authority to be very rude and talk downto you when you're asking questions about their coupons. Overall it wasn't the greatest experience and I'll be going to theother options across the street. Read more
This lovely person was so sweet i a came to order food for my son who wasn?t with me at the moment but she went above and beyond... to make sure I had enough sauce and even brought him a hat because she had thought he was in the car she needs a raise! Ordered a rodeo burger with cheese. The cashier told me what is that??? I explained it then she said we dont have that...? I... asked to speak with a manager and Lisa walked up and said we are not BURGER KING we are a TA truck stop they should not be ableto have burger king franchise worst manger ever.I will not be going back . i also told her I will be puting a review online shesaid its ok nothing will happen i wont get in trouble. It always seems different at this Burger King. They simply make the food correctly. I like this Burger King better than any... other Burger King I've ever been to. Or for any burger place for that matter. I've included a picture of the whopper sandwichand fish sandwich. The burgers here just always seem to be more Fuller. Probably cuz they're not smashed. So many other placesthe Buns kind of flat and food not even inside the burger and mayonnaise on top of the bun. I've never had that problem at thisBurger King. Came to drive thru and I only ordered 2 meals,the 1st girl told me to pull forward so I did.
