I ordered a biscuit and gravy, who they state is freshly made and the biscuit was super hard, the fork would even poke through... it from how hard it was. The soda tasted really nasty, and the machine was out of ice. When I asked the employee for ice,another drink, and another good item she rolled her eyes and said something to her coworkers in Spanish, thinking I didn?t speakSpanish. After a tiring day, we decided to go here to ask a simple question asking about any chicken nuggets. My youngest daughter asked... the question in the kindest way possible, but the old lady replied rudely saying ? Awful experience. I ordered a number one. There was one squirt of mayonnaise on it, no mustard, no ketchup. The meat was under... cooked my food was cold. My husband ordered the swiss chicken sandwich. His sandwich was overcooked in the microwave. Our billwas too high for the low quality of food. We were very dissatisfied and won't be returning again to this location. Poor qualityservice and food. Read more
Today my wife went to Carls Jr off Winton Pkwy in Livingston. First they messed up the order adding another order making the... price $70 but was fixed with only explanation of other order in system. We ordered two Big Carls there was plastic in the burgerhard piece of plastic was afraid to eat anymore. Over $6 for a burger that I?m afraid to eat. All I can say is I won?t ever eatthere again. Used the app, it tells you your order is successful, ..... But for the store to receive the order you have to click on the link ... they send you in a text messages.... The staff was great about working with me when they looked aty phone and saw that Ipaid... But they didn't receive the order. ....it was confusing for both and I thankful they worked with me.. I have order offthe app and never had to verify with the text until that time. Read more
Too expensive. The Double Black Angus burger is what I just got and it slid like there was just a pile of mess inside of it. I... don't really see the point of a double. The lettuce seems preveously frozon. The burger wasn't good. The meat just taste thesame as hamburger.. Taste like a filler. I think all the hamburger is Black Angus. Read more
I just went thru the drive to get jalepeño Popper's n they were ice frozen omg so disgusting frozen I went inside I told them... there were cold n I needed hot one's, when got them Popper's back they were talking in Spanish arguing about the order they bothroll there eyes n mad dogg me she assure me again that they were hot like she said ????we never going to eat there ever again .
