I ordered a milkshake and the guy told me to park at stall number 3 and I did but I also waited 20 minutes for them to come out.... But they never did I had to go inside?which is no big deal but there was no one in there as far as customers and there was 8workers and they forgot my order. How do you forget an order while obviously seeing a car parked in one your numbered stalls. Read more

It was good. Got a couple of chocolate shakes. They were pretty standard. This location was pretty busy since it was right off... of the freeway. Would I go back? Sure, if I was in the area driving to or from Southern California. Read more

I ordered 4 meals. All 4 meals were wrong. The fries were overcooked, cold, and dark brown. All 4 of them. All 4 sandwiches had... the wrong ingredients added or taken off. I ordered bacon on 2 of the sandwiches which did not have them. They failed to putstraws, napkins and ketchup in the bag. 2 of my sandwiches were supposed to be deluxe. That was a lie. I called and asked totalk to a manager and after explaining the situation to a clueless teenager on the phone, she then goes to talk to an Asst.manager, Genesis, who didn't realize how loud and rude she was and that I could hear her on the phone. You should maybe trainmanagers not to call customers names? They refused to offer any assistance other then making me new food, which they couldn't doright the first place. This McDonald's is notorious for doing things to customers food when they complain, so I did not reorder. Read more

Just got back from drive thru and seriously quality has gone down. This is a large fry and a sundae. Looked dead eye at the lady... she said that's how it comes. 5.58 for maybe a potatoe worth of fries. Just seriously? When their ice cream machine works itjust doesn't give you anything. This has been going on for too long and it's not just once they short you on food they alsoforget to give you your food. Literally took me 23 minutes for 8 cars to get food today. Managers are no help they usually lookat you like "what do you expect? I dont get paid enough for this" just avoid fast food nowadays just wanted something quick andeasy. Although the nuggets were hot but one was not cooked all the way. Read more
