Worst customer service ever. I walked in and stood at the register, no one said a word or greeted me. BELLA just looked at me... and looked away. The young lady who finally help me, took my order and when I said, Thank you...she just walked away and didn'tsay anything. My drink was AWFUL. One of my go to stops when traveling between Fresno and the bay area. Always surprised the drive through line is so long as the... clientele seems to weigh heavy towards travelers. Hours have changed and they close early or only have drive through hours laterin the day. Read more
People get too upset in these times of Covid19... Places are understaffed people get over it. If you're complaining so much,... work there while it's understaffed and see how it goes. The company itself is not staffing these stores properly (that's why Ileft years ago) but most of the people working there are great. Remember they have to put up with a lot of you for 6 to 8 hoursa day complaining about wait times and long lines. And in many cases some people get more personal and personally attack thebaristas. If you're drink is messed up instead of throwing a fit, just ask casually/friendly if they could correct it or remakeit and they will do it. Read more
