I get food from here every single morning. I love the women who work here during the morning shift. They are always so polite.... Always get my order right. I wouldve given 5 stars. But the evening shift if horrible. They just throw the food together and itsusually wrong every time. The owners should give the morning shift manager and workers a raise. And fire the evening workers. Read more
This is legit the worst fast food restaurant around fr. I literally ordered my food at the speaker and waitied in line for 30... minutes before i get to the window. Noone was at the first wondow and i received no instructions to go to the first window so iwent to the second. Aftet they obviously messed up the persons order in front of me because the driver was giving them itemsback, i finnally get to the window, the guy speaks out someone elses order and tries to hand me a bag. I said thats not my orderand he looked confused and went to speak to someone. At that point another person comes to the window and tells me i didnt orderfrom the speaker i skipped it and insinuated i was trying to steal food because i skipped the first window that noone was at. Itold the lady that it doesnt make sense for me to sit in a line for 30 minutes and hand a bag full of food back to the guy thathanded it to me if i was trying to steal food ans i just wanted my order. My card was in my hand ready to pay but she told me togo back around to the back of the line and wait for another 20-30 mins. This place literally has the absolute worst service iveever experienced at a fast food restaurant plus they consistently mess ur order up but these are the same people that want$20hr. Its always bad here but this time has made me refuse to return to this store. Idk who owns this place but they seriouslyneed to make changes. Ive never been so mad i left a bad review. When this Burger King first opened I was surprised at how well it was. Staff were friendly. Place was clean. Food was actually... good. Burger King has never been a favorite of mine. So I actually would go to this one at times. But the last year I'd say,it's just like any other BK. Always slow. One time told me after placing a mobile order, that the GRILL didn't work so couldn'tgive me any food except an original chicken sandwich. Yuck. Read more
This is the only fast food restaurant for miles around us. So, I have no choice other than not eating fast food... this has to... be the worst burger King on the planet. The amount of anxiety i feel before I even get there is terrible. We went to the drivethru this morning, and the screen was off on the menu board. Also, it was not flipped to show the breakfast menu. It was thelunch menu at 7:10 am . They are always stopping your car before the window because they are cheating the timers put in place toinsure fast service at the franchised location. After sitting at the menu board for 10 min. No one greeted me, or asked for myorder. I pulled around to the window and could see workers in the kitchen. I never want to go here again. Read more
This Burger King is never open. Doors are locked but 3 employees inside and a lady with 2 kids inside eating . Why are they... still open???? The last 3 to 5 times we have stopped here they have had the doors locked?. DON?T BOTHER Stopping there becauseyou won?t get any food to review! Read more
