My experience here was not good at all. I got the peanut butter fro-yo and it was sour. Like a spoiled sour. After paying for... it, i went back in the store and told them it was sour, the lady went to see for herself and said yes it was sour, then she putan out of order sign and told me there was nothing she could do for me ! The frozen yogurt is good but pricey. They weigh your purchase after the toppings are added to determine the price.

UPDATED REVIEW: To 16 Handles' credit, they did respond to my email asking for a credit the same day. I am updating my review... to 4 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Do not use the 16 Handles App! I placed an order for a family 4-pack, plus 1 extra yogurt to bedelivered. Including tip, the cost was about $50. I received a bag with 4 empty cups and 1 cup of yogurt. I asked the driverif a bag was missing, and he mentioned that he asked the clerk about the order and was advised that it was accurate. I calledthe store and was advised that I had placed two orders. When I explained that I didn't place 2 orders, I was then advised thatthey are working on my order and I can pick it up. When I asked why I needed to pick it up after I paid for delivery, I wasadvised that Livingston doesn't deliver and I was mistaken. When I asked to please cancel my order, I was advised that I had todo it. I logged back into the app and found that, unlike Seamless, the 16 Handles app does not have a way to reconcile issuesother than writing to a support email. In other words, if 16 Handles makes a mistake, the consumer has to bend over backwardsto get their money back. Bottom line: EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES. It happens. But what is not acceptable is a corporation makinga consumer jump through hoops for their own mistakes or a staff member blaming a customer for his mistake and then doingnothing to attempt to address it. Best advice: DO NOT USE THE 16 Handles APP. Use Seamless - at least there is a chance toget your money back. Read more

A little on the expensive side, but otherwise an awesome place. They even have a couple dairy-free options now. All of the... flavors are delicious and unique and the toppings are plentiful. The whole place is kept clean and is well maintained. Read more

A high quality maintained fro-yo store. My first time to this location. Due to Covid times, there are NO TASTINGS available... and there is no access ?? to the RESTROOMS. The store is very clean and all the safety measures were seen at every step of thestore. The staff is very friendly and happy to bear with any age customers with a smile. Right from the door all socialdistance instructions are very clearly mentioned. Highly satisfied with the ambiance and seating space outside. Will be backsoon!!!!!!!! Happy us???? Read more
