I ordered a number 10 which was chicken original , drink and fries. The lady asked me what size I want for drink. I stated what... it comes with medium size. She charged me extra . She claimed after it comes with small drink . It is not posted and if someoneasks for number they should get exactly what they ordered. Not be asked size! I thought it was wrong . The sandwich was not thathot and the fries as well not that hot . I went to the one in Livingston Mall in NJ. They have been much better in the past .They also over sugar their fries . Staff not too friendly , they seem like they do not want to be there. Shame on Burger King !Hire smilie people who appreciate having a job and helping others. Read more
This trip to Burger King was very pleasant. The store is in the Livingston Mall and usually there is a mess around in the food... court, but this was clean and quiet. The staff was efficient and quickly got all the orders out without confusion. The food waspiping hit and delicious. Read more
After finding mold on my sandwich bread the manger there decided to argue with me about if what I was clearly looking at was... mold or not... she then pulls the bread apart and tells me because it on the surface that the mold isn't a problem.. shecontinued to fight me on the matter and gave me a attitude about refunding me my money for the full order. I work at this malland I will never eat there again. Never in my life has someone argued with me about mold being on my food. Just because it's onthe surface doesn't mean it's safe for consumption. I had a very bad experience with the staffs and manager. The quality of the burger was not good , it was smelling bad and had a... horrible taste. I made a complaint to the staffs and manager at the store, they were very rude and didn't care about thecustomer's issue. I would give zero star and will never be back here. Worst service ever. My husband and I ordered 2 burgers at 7:43pm and waited long until 8:10pm; still the burgers were not ready.... So we had to cancel the order. The manager didn't even bother to say sorry for that. This was our last visit there...no moreBurger King. Read more
BURGER KING in LIVINGSTON MALL is okay, the restaurant is not cleaned. The floors are dirty and has a lot of stains. I saw a lot... of paper on the floor and notice that none of the ovens were cleaned out. The salad was not fresh; it looked wrotten and full ofnasty lettuce and dirty tomatoes. It was not properly made; the entire salad was thrown together. The food in general was notfresh. I ate their burgers and I broke out in hives. I became very sick; my skin was literally burning from these burgers. Ittook me 3 days to recover and skin to clear up. The soda had a nasty after taste and the tea was loaded with a lot of sugarand syrup mixed together on the same cup. None of the drinks were processed. Burger King restaurant is very nasty and filthy; itneeds a major over haul. The employees at BURGER KING are very sloppy. Their appearance is unbecoming and their attitude isunpleasant. None if the employees had a descent hair cut and they look atrocious. The customers are not respected and they arenever welcomed. Read more
