The cashier was super kind to put through my order being that I ordered to the wrong Starbucks. I let her know that I was on my... lunch break. There was a new employee that was being trained by a tall black girl who was letting her make all the drinks byherself. She was rude even when I first walked in but spoke to the other two white women that walked in. Didn?t answer me when Isaid I have a question. It took 15mins to get my drink. I?m here and stuck at this drive through for 30 Minutes for a cup of coffee. If you guys don?t have enough people working just... close the store I?ll get my coffee across the street at twisted tulips. Do not waste our time we have to either pickup Kids orgo back to work!!! Read more

AWESOME customer service!!! They have been short staffed for a while now but that does not stop them from giving exceptional... service. They are always polite and efficient. I went to the drive-thru today and accidentally dropped my cookie on the floor.Right away they offered me a new cookie. I said it wasn't necessary but they insisted. Not only did they give me a fresh newcookie they went out of their way to give me a coupon for my next visit. 5 stars all around!!! THANK YOU! Read more
Great, friendly employees and a rare drive-thru feature - but it frequently gets backed up, spilling into Route 10 - about 25... cars deep. You're better off heading into the store most times. Otherwise, it's your standard Starbucks. The Bacon & GruyèreSous Vide Egg Bites are to die for and the Spinach, Feta, and Egg White Wrap is so so great too. Read more
