A few weeks late on this review, but what a wonderful experience. I planned a surprise birthday dinner and everything was... executed to the nines. I teamed up with the GM, Walter, who helped me tailor the menu. Everything was absolutely delicious. Ourwaiter, Jesse, was very friendly and attentive. The Lover sushi roll is a must- truly one of the greatest rolls I?ve ever had.The steak was cooked perfectly and you can?t go wrong with any of the sides, but the duck confit mac and cheese and the mashedpotato rings were my favorites. One of my girlfriends and I came to this location for my PreBirthday outting. We had reservations for 7pm. When I arrived I... noticed the place was located inside the Westminster Hotel. I found parking close and walked in. I was greeted by a very nicehost, Jim. He lead me to where one of my girlfriends were. Shortly after the manager came to us and asked if we were eating andsince we weren't he asked if we could move to the bar area since they had a full house. It was cool so we did. We moved to atable by the bar and Justin was our bartender and he was good. For my first drink I got the cosmopolitan and it was tasty. Myfriend got the grapefruit mojito and she liked it. My second drink was a lemon martini and that was good. My friend got hungryand ordered the burger and fries. I tasted both and it was pretty good. The Feathered Fox opened on Tuesday of this week and you couldn?t even tell. The food, the decor, the service were absolutely... exemplary. We were totally blown away by our cocktails (I recommend the chili mango margarita) and the entrees were absolutelycooked to perfection and delicious (the dry aged ribeye was insane melt in your mouth)!!! Now with all of that being incredible,you wonder, how can they top that? The desserts are all made custom by a pastry chef that you can taste the passion in everysingle bite (my wife and I shared this amazing dessert called the baked Alaska that had a toasted marshmallow outside with awatermelon sorbet and cake on the bottom)! Had an excellent meal this evening. They were swamped-- but every server was kind, and patient with the diners. I was seated... near base camp and the manager and servers were always asking each other how they can help one another, working as a team. Myfood was excellent, steak was rare as I'd asked. On the pricier side, but justified by good portions. I think because of thecrowd, my meal wasn't timed to my absolute preference, but that's a small gripe considering the great service I'd received.
