WARNING!!!!! Do not use your credit or debit card at POPEYES In LIVINGSTON. I tried paying for my food at the drive thru with my... credit card and was told that they ran it twice but was declined so I went home empty handed and confused. We check theaccount/statement and see there are 2 charges of 26.26. so I call and talk to the general manager and her only help was for meto wait a couple of days to see if if clears up itself because she can't do anything. Apparently this is a common problem. So Iguess POPEYES just run their day to day business from other peoples money that they scam from their customers or attemptedcustomers. Read more
This is the worst Popeyes I have ever gone to and I want to like them as I have been back a few times. Never again. The grease... they fry with was old and burnt and left a greasy burn taste in your mouth. The chicken was supposed to be spicy but it wasbland. They weren't listening to my order and got it totally wrong even after repeating it while at the speaker. I have evencontacted corporate in the past in a prior visit and nothing changed. I ate inside my food was fine 8-2-22 1:30pm, But as I sat in front of the counter eating I noticed the lack of customer... service. Seemed like there was a problem with everyone's order. I understand working with the general public is difficult butyou chose this job. It's sad to watch the employees treat an elderly man with no respect bc he told you to make his food to goand I heard him.. but you made it for him to dine in so then your annoyed cause you messed up and then rude to him.Unexceptable!! The rating is mainly for the poor customer service I received from one of the managers on duty. Very disrespectful, she lacks... knowledge about how to keep a customer satisfied. I went through the drive through and waited a few minutes by the speaker.Nobody ever greeted me, so I drove forward and I place my order at the window. I order chicken and a basket of fries. When I gotmy order, I realized the order of fries was very small, so I went inside the restaurant requesting my large order of fries. Themanager came out of her office, with such a rude attitude and wanted me to pay for a whole order of fries again. She never triedto resolve the issue witha polite response. She started to argue with me and even told me to get out of her store!!! I stillwonder how do people with such a bad work ethic can get hire for a job??? Shame on her! Read more
Gave us 4 pieces in a 5 piece order, omitted our dipping sauce, & blackened chicken was rubber... probably not defrosted prior... to cooking. All pieces were tough, like battery chickens. Paid $30+ for garbage chicken. Read more
Too expensive to eat out. I got 8 pc tenders for $19.49; that won't feed 2 kids and 2 adults. I got 8pc tenders and 6 biscuits... for $29.20 not worth going out anymore. Won't be back. Tenders definitely arent tender by any means, fried to long. Highwayrobbery. Read more
