I'd give it a negative -10! We ordered two chocolate shakes sat there for 20 minutes because we were trapped in line the shake... sat there on the counter the whole time and then she had an attitude after she finally opened the window because my friendwasn't leaving without saying something and we ended up just leaving because she was so rude so we went to McDonald's across thestreet and it was fantastic couldn't be nicer people and it was cheaper so yay McDonald's Read more
Very nice place to eat and enjoy our meals. Price a little higher than BK or Mickyd but food is a lot better. People working... there are very nice and polite, they even bring your meal to your table. Read more
The employees were very sweet and helpful. The cashier humored my question about what he would recommend for toppings, and... provided a funny yet knowledgeable recommendation. Lobby was spotless, well stocked, and the employees were on point whenchecking with the customers if we needed anything. Probably my new favorite Whataburger... too bad I live in LA! Read more
What is this? I saw the crew that left their shift on May 19 around 11 pm. And this isn?t even near what I ordered. Everything... inside it doesn?t even look appetizing. They were in such a rush to get out that they didn?t even care what the customers got.They just threw stuff in there and called it a night. These are the people that they?re hiring? Unclean and careless teenagersare the ones giving you this. I promise that the manager is just as careless as to what they give you because they hire peoplelike this.
