It's a really friendly place ????????????
I have continued to recieve poor service and have had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter to even be... checked out. I have gone in for a sub before and it takes 15 minutes or more everytime. Even for a 6 inch. I have tried to seeif it gets better but it seems to keep declining. The workers have poor attitudes and don't care about the customers. They justwant to leave. I will omly stop back for fuel in an emergency. Read more
Anything BUT friendly. I go here multiple times a week and I have only been treated with respect by two of the employees. I get... attitude, dirty looks, and mocked! I got a pizza and there was raw pizza dough. I called and asked for it to be remade orrefunded. They proceeded to tell me that?s how we make our pizza and it?s because of what we got, and that they cooked it twicealready. Then they told us that the oven was off for the night anyways at 9:30pm. We asked for the owners number and we weretold that they don?t give that out this late at night.... The Friendly Place has been my friendly hometown gas station (well, the other one until Muggsy retired) long before it became a... convenience store. Fortunately the friendly and assistance are still qualities embodied by the owners and staff. On Saturday,January 30th, I (an avowed non-mechanical-anything-er) needed to add air to my tires, according to my vehicle. Well, I got outand grabbed the air tube thingie, uncapped the thingie it's supposed to pair with, and promptly let out 6 lbs of air.???? Luckily, a young man named Dallas came to my rescue by showing/telling me that a) it no longer costs 50 cents for air. b)the coin slots don't work anyway, so my 2 quarters were not going to get me anything. c) you DO need to pay attention to the pinpad on the machine. Long story short, he assisted me with actually paying (and understanding that there's a necessary noise tohear before you're doing anything other than letting out air), with putting air into more than 1 tire, and with feeling safe andcomfortable getting on my way. You don't find that everywhere, and it is a credit to the Loeffelholz family and their staff. Read more
