Even though we were the only people in line we were told to pull over to the side and the staff would bring out our food. Some... how even though we were the only people in line They thoroughly messed up our order. When driving back to get the correct orderThe manager came to the window and was very short but somehow apologetic at the same time with a sour attitude . I don't seehow you can mess up on a person's order especially your only customer and have a chip on your shoulder. I don't blame theworkers for messing up but however management needs an adjustment. This place is GHETTO!!! They got music blasting! Loud! And it?s like 6/8 of them just standing around but meanwhile it?s line... outside and door dash orders are not ready 10mins after pick up time! They all look too young! I dont Think seen one person wholook over 21 or look like they could be a store manager! That will be a last for me to go to this location again! A favorite place for different fast food meal...a change front the usual burgers and whatnot. On this visit, I tried their... King's Hawaiian Fish sandwich. I have gotten their regular crispy fish in the past and it was lackluster - not really crispy andthe bun didn't hold up. The King's Hawaiian is different: the bun is more robust and the addition of cheese and tomato gives ita bit of a bump. The fish this time tasted great, really flaky with a bit of sweetness and complimented by the tartar sauce.This new fish sandwich is a better balance. I also got their beef and cheddar which was fair-to-good. This was my first timetrying the Spicy 3 Pepper Sauce and I'm hooked! Right up there with Horsey Sauce. Drive thru was very slow. Arby's team member was not pleasant. Food was hot and good. Maybe they were having a bad day?
