NO STARS for this place. I was charged twice for a 35 dollar order. The fries were burnt and when I called to let them know... about the over charge, the manager Mishon, had a very nasty attitude. She was too busy talking over me to listen to what I wassaying. She said I could not get my money back unless I had the receipt. I showed her the bank transaction with the transactionnumber but she said, I still need the receipt, I can?t do anything with that. I said I was calling corporate, she told me shedidn?t care if I called corporate because they were going to tell me the same thing. Corporate told me there is a glitch intheir system, that was double charging people. Mishon has very poor customer service, she is very unprofessional, and shouldlearn to MANAGE her nasty attitude. Double check your bank account if you pay with your card and steer clear of the rude,unprofessional woman (I use that term loosely) named Mishon. Read more
truly it was 0/5 stars there was a HAIR in my sandwich i wish i had a picture. The workers did not have no hair nets either and... my fries were very burnt and the customer service was awful this lady named something like mishion or something in that sort wasvery rude to me when i asked about the update on my order. The girl at the window had a bad attitude the whole time. Then I get home and one of my 2 French dips is raw and looks nasty so... I have to share my dinner. My medium fry is maybe a small, the box isn't even half full. I'm not happy and am glad I looked atmy food before getting sick. I wish places like you could do better for people that supply your paycheck. Don't go here unlessyou wanna actually be able to eat your meal and 1 not get sick or 2 only have all your order but only half of the food you paidfor. Read more
