Ordered an order pick up through Door Dash, and when my husband got there, our food wasn't even ready yet. He waited an... additional 15 mins past the time it was supposed to be ready, and the wait staff kept asking him the same questions over andover (what's the name on the order? what did you order?). They were also out of cornbread - what?? When he finally got home withthe food, we were still missing items. Terrible service and missing food(s), not sure how this location is still functioning andmaking money. Will never order from there again. Read more
Disappointing and complete loss of appetite!! When I see workers wearing gloves while handling money at the register and... don't stop to think to change the gloves for a fresh pair, before preparing food!!... They served me chicken that use to be the size I associated with the size of a Cornish Hen. This is suppose to be 1/4 of a... chicken. Take away the bone you end up with about 3 tablespoons. The red skin potatoes were a little crunchy. Not that tastyeither. I will have to change my expectation for most restaurants in these endemic times. Read more
It was 84 degrees in the seating area, no A/C. The drink station was in a puddle of fluids on the floor, not clean. Several... drinks were empty, including teas and juice drinks, and Sprite. They had dirty signs posted suggesting they have been out ofstock for a long time. And they were sold out of crispy chicken products while we were there too. Read more
Don't eat here. I tried to get a refund for horrible food. The manager refused to give me a refund because he was offended I... returned the food. The reason I returned the food was because it was prepared wrong. They put the wrong dressing on thesandwich. I have been getting the same thing for 20 years. So I know how the sandwich comes prepared. The cheese was crumbledand old. The lettuce had brown parts. I'm in the process of contacting corporate for my refund. Don't be fooled by the 5 or 4star reviews. They are fake or paid by the owner. Read more

No Staff, but they kept my... money and no one knows how to refund me bcse I placed the order over BOSTON MARKET's APP for the Middlebelt, Livonia, MI.Saturday, Dec 18, 2021 Order # 6415786014720002. (1st photo) I went to a different BOSTON MARKET later on Ford Rd in Canton, MIand placed a second order, the APP over charged me so the Manager canceled my order, gave me the receipt showing it was voided$0. Yeah don?t even waste your time going here. For one they gave me a undercooked pot pie. They also barely gave me any macaroni,... the compartment is not even half way full and i can seriously count how many pieces of macaroni i have. Every time i getbroccoli it?s ice cold even when I?ve had to wait for them to finish getting my order together. I tried to call and they wouldnot pick up then they started hanging up when it would start to ring. I dont usually leave reviews but it?s been horrible andit?s a waste of money. Read more
