Decided to try a local pizza place while visiting Livonia. Cottage Inn certainly didn't disappoint! We got a medium deep dish... deluxe and it was amazing! Hand tossed pizza with fresh ingredients. I have ordered here twice in two weeks for my weekly work group lunch. The manager, Kim, helped me both times answering... questions on how much to order, etc. and was so helpful. Zero concern for quality. Breadsticks delivered tonight were maybe 30% cooked?they were just dough. Anybody could have seen... that and realized they shouldn?t have been sent out. The pizza they gave me didn?t even match what I ordered (the label wascorrect; pizza was wrong). Cottage Inn usually has good service and quality but this location does not meet the standards otherlocations have set. Read more
One word: slop. Wayyy too much sauce, and its like they didn't finish chopping the onions. Huge chunks of onion, underneath... the cheese. Worst pizza I ever had and side with heartburn all night. Crust was good though. Read more
I paid just under 30 dollars for a larger cheese and pepperoni pizza and everything bread sticks. The pizza was nothing special... and the bread sticks were pathetic. They were just tossed in the box, barely had seasoning on them and looked like they weremade from a small pizza. Everything is so expensive these days, I expect to get 30 dollars worth of food. This is our go to pizza place but we are getting to the point that we are going to start going elsewhere. I understand that... ordering vegan costs more. However when a small round pizza cost over 20 and you barely have any mushrooms when you order doubleevery time is getting old. The mushrooms are so thinly sliced you don't even taste them. Its definitely a bummer when 2 pizzascost almost $50 when one is a large cheese and the other is a small vegan... Read more
Worst managment. Gave me the wrong pizza and when came back never apologized and then gave me a raw pizza!!! Donot recommend... this branch. Never go. Used to be Aliyah customer until new managment. This by far the worst. The problem is I can back. Yourguys never apologized and gave me a raw pizza instead!!! Read more
The pizza was good but what dulled the shine tremendously is whomever I spoke with to order our pizza at about 9:15pm last... night. He was nothing but rude and short with me during the entire call and hung up on me when I wanted to ask him if he neededour room number for the hotel we were staying at. What he had failed to realize is my wife and I just had a house fire andwe're trying to get our life together as we adjusted to being put up in a hotel. He needs to learn that, even if its somethingas trivial as ordering as pizza, the person you are speaking with might be dealing with something. I believe the term is "bekind". If we're here for an extended time, I will NOT be ordering from this establishment. Read more
