Well I tried it out with the encouragement of a friend and I was happy that I did. I had pastrami and swiss on rye with spicy... mustard, a dill pickle ????, and a side of fries ???? and a Root beer. I thought it was delicious and VERY GOOD quality. Sandy, the owner was extremely friendly and kind. For those of you who are familiar with singer/songwriter Sara Evans, you willfind this Sarah to be a look-a-like. They have a small inside seating area for those who wish to dine inside and takeout forthose on the go. You can call ahead or place your order when you get there. Ordered the Dinty Moore sandwich with potato salad and drink for dine in. They only have 3 tables available. They didn't clean... them between diners. I wanted a fountain drink but they no longer have them, just bottles. The lady said it cost too much tooffer fountain drinks and the cost of containers went up too. The sandwich had so much coleslaw it was a dripping mess. The slawhad an off taste and now my stomach is paying for it. The potato salad was overwhelming mustard and that was all you can taste.Sorry, will not come here again. Read more
Was just driving past and seen Hot Corn Beef in bright red letters, I admit that had caught my eye. Did a quick turn around and... then went back, as I walked in I noticed the menu on the wall, finally I don't have to say hey, can I have a menu please. I wasgreeted upon arrival and I then just explained the type of sandwich I like and if I could have it made that exact way. PolitelyI heard "Yes" everything was set for my order and I began to explain how I had never been there before. Names were politelyexchanged, my order was ready and even called by my name. I walked in with a little something different in mind and left outwith a enormous sandwich and smile on my face. The sandwich was so incredible and delicious, pictures didn't make the cut. Embarrassed to admit that I just discovered this little gem 8 days ago and have ordered from here 6 of the last 8... days! Everything is made fresh in house, even the condiments! Fantastic sandwiches and the soups are amazing too. Specially thecream of mushroom. The "younglady" that runs the restaurant couldn't be more pleasant and has a lot of pride in herestablishment.
