Ordered three large one topping deep dish pizzas. Advertised cost is $11.99. Was charged $13 for each. Then an additional charge... was added just for pepperoni of $1.99. Overall $3 dollars had been removed at the end but was still overcharged by $6. Broughtthis to their attention and they claimed the charges were accurate which clearly are not. Read more
I was in such a hurry this night, I unintentionally ordered 2 large pizzas with one half extra cheese and the other half with... ham, bacon, and pepperoni. When I obviously wanted both toppings and cheese on each whole pizza. I was shocked when itarrived. Then I looked at my phone and saw that they tried to call me twice but my RoboKiller wouldn't take the call(per mysettings). They knew I had ordered incorrectly, but I understood that they couldn't change my actual order without my approval. I wish I had taken a picture. This is my absolute favorite place to order food from, period. I am a regular customer, and I always have a somewhat... complimented order...and I don't think they've ever messed it up! Maybe they forgot to add something once or forgot to giveextra dressing, but they are always sure to make up for it! The delivery drivers are very kind and the food is always theperfect temperature, and so fresh! I've tried different Hungrie Howie's a few times, and they don't even come close to thequality of this one in Livonia, Michigan on 5 mile rd! Well, well, well...it had been a loooooong time since my family has had Hungry Howie's Pizza. Like 5 years too long! The... stuffed crust pizza was gooey, hot, and scrumptious! The cheese inside of the crust was super duper good????????. I never hadcheese stuffed bread like this before and what a treat it was! This Hungry Howies is a gamble. Sometimes the pizza is great and other times it takes like bland cardboard. We just ordered it... yesterday and had no sauce or taste except for the crust. But then 5 days ago it was awesome. I have heard a few people saythe same thing. It is NOT consistent in quality of the food. They need to have Everyone trained the same on how to make theitems. Because there have been times that it is the best pizza have had and other times end up tossing half it out. Read more
