Excellent quality service and food. Highly recommend the carrot cake. There are vegetarian and vegan options as well.... Reservations are a must for weekend and evenings. Soft lighting and very clean seating areas. There is handicapped parking andaccess but keep in mind some of the inside seating is located up three steps into another area. Shout out to Desiree for herwarm demeanor and superb service. She is awesome! Recommend this place for anyone who is looking for an upscale first date orintimate meal with someone special. I am a regular customer here and I recently placed an order through ChowNow. I ordered my steak with smashed potatoes and they... gave me a cold Mac and cheese bowl and then I also ordered my steak medium and they gave me the steak well done. Very impressed and happy with waitstaff and drinks, but disappointed and very let-down with food taste, quality, and... price. Everyone was very nice and the drinks had a good ratio of flavor and liquor to price. Our steaks were something I couldget at a regular steakhouse for way cheaper and possibly with actual seasoning; they had no presentation save for a gaudyname-stamp of the restaurant in huge letters along the top of the very large plate. The filet mignon was unflavored and wasserved with a sauce that was not to my taste; the server was kind enough to get me some of the glaze that was on my boyfriend'ssteak, though, otherwise I am not sure if I would have been able to eat it. I substituted the baked potato side for the specialMac and Cheese they make with imported white cheeses, but it had an overpowering smell along with flavors that did not mix,including the panko on top. I was very disappointed as I love mac and cheese and have to try it at any place I go to that offersit. My boyfriend advised his steak did not have any flavoring either, save for the glaze which was nice and light but appliedtoo sparingly. The dessert was nice, but it was simple. My Ribeye steak and Martini were Incredibly awesome. Also, their coffee has to be the best damn coffee in Michigan!
We walked in about 20 minutes to close because our previous plans unexpectedly changed and I couldn’t have been happier with... my experience. Our service from Sierra(?) was beyond exceptional and the food was excellent. Most servers seem to have anattitude toward closing but she was more than pleasant and even offered us sodas to go. This location is by far the best of the three in Michigan. I have been to the Troy and West bloomfield one in the past and the... service and food was not as great as it was here. Our waiter was very nice and friendly and continuously checked up on us andrefilled our waters. Our food came out at a perfect time and did not take long at all. The old fashioned cheese burger is alwaysgood and was great this time. The Mr Jacks crispy chicken platter is also very good, I would recommend that or a burger if youdon’t feel too hungry.
