Ann should not be in Management. Her customer service skills are lacking. She was rude and interrupted on multiple instances of... the conversation. Our pizza crust was burned and her feedback was that “Sometimes the BBQ sauce sticks. However there were noother complaints.” Regardless of there not being other complaints ours should have been acknowledged. Jets’ has lost avalued customer in our family. Read more
Pizza was dry and not very hot. Service was great, salad was good. But the price was way too high for the quality of the food,... even with the 20% off promo. Won't be returning because of the expense... Read more
First time at this local Jets. Ordering by text was different but hey it worked easy enough! Order was spot on, ready early,... good and hot. I need to try another style pie to see if I like that more but the service and experience was all you could askfor. Will be back! Read more
First of all, I've been living in the area for seven years and out of that entire time, Jets (Livonia) has never gotten my order... wrong and it has always been fresh. Whoever manages that store needs a raise, right along with the employees. The Redfordlocation is actually closer and possibly more convenient, but they've fumbled my order quite a few times and for some reason,it's not as hot and fresh as the Livonia store's pizzas. The only thing I like about the Redford location is their drivers.Always polite. However, for pizza quality, I'd rather drive to the Livonia location. Read more
Always great food and service. Their pizza doesn’t flair up my red dye allergy either so they must use real pizza sauce.
Absolutely last time I ordered from this Jets. I don't know if they're not training their employees right or what. Pizza has... never been good. Just picked up my jets bread with bacon and onion. Bread is totally dry. No butter or romano. Read more
