The quest for the epitomizing pie is an ongoing one. We get close to finding the grail every now and again. We tell family and... friends. They try it and either agree with our findings or find fault. Then we all move on and the search continues. At 60, Ithink I've given up on the notion of a pizza that's the absolute best. Tastes fluctuate. Our minds change. Face it. We'refickle. These days, I'm banging the drum for Jet's. Maybe I'm just going through a crispy, crunchy thing. Perhaps I'm gettingpast my deep dish prejudice. Never liked 'em. Now, Jet's is changing things for me. This isn't classic, Chicago-style deep dish,mind you, a la Lou Malnati's and the like. In my opinion, you can keep your mile-high, Focaccia-esque pizza platforms iced likea birthday cake with spaghetti sauce. Blech. What Jet's does instead, and successfully so, is take a middle ground approach.This is square, box pizza with maybe a one-inch dough at its base: crisp and buttery, with browned and chewy cheese baked ontoit. The sauce is brushed on to barely coat not cover, leaving plenty of room for your favorite toppings to shine on yourtastebuds. More and more, the Jet's model is what I crave when it comes to pizza. From thin crusts and New York classics toMexican models and more, I've been through my share of pizza crazes and phases. Going forward, it's all about Jet's. Read more
If you want to be treated kindly, spoken to with respect, and most importantly not over charged don?t go here. I was talked to... with disrespect and charged incorrectly. My order was incorrect twice and then attempted to over charge me for their mistake.Jets will not get mine or anyone in my families business again. Read more
Ordered online, charge went through but order did not. Had to re-order at the store and have to wait for charge to drop off. So... minus one star. The employees were friendly and apologized and made my order, but now I don't get my points. The pizza itselfwas good, made the way I wanted and ready in 20 minutes. Will likely order from this location again, but am wary of doing itonline. Read more
Awful pizza. Awful service. My slices were cold. The lady behind the counter was not friendly. I won't return to this location... ever. Very disappointing. Smh. Read more
This is our favorite Jet's location. Everyone is so nice, pizza is always perfect & amazing. I get the vibe that their team is... happy & works well together. I was able to have an order ready at 10:30am on a Monday for a school classroom. Thanks for beingawesome always. Read more
I have never had a bad experience with this location! Delivery has always been spot on- and always friendly- Pizza is always hot... and cooked to order- Pick up has also been without issue- They have gotten pretty pricey- ( especially when creating your own)and the pizzas seem smaller - Sometimes they seem a little light handed on some of the toppings- I create my own 5 toppingpizza- Some slices don?t have some toppings-They don?t have the pizza deals/ coupons like they use to???? This review is not for the Livonia Location. It is for the Farmington location at Nine Mile and Grand River. I already shared... my review earlier. I am very unhappy with their customer service and I only wanted to call and give a comment and did not wantanything else.
