I just attempted to order a country omelette and I wanted cheddar on my side of hash browns. according to the menu at The... heading under omelets all omelets are served with choice of toast and hash browns. nowhere does it say specifically under thecountry omelette or the general omelets heading that if hash browns are an ingredient in your omelette you only get a halfportion of hash browns. eventually someone who seemed to be in authority said okay and that they would do it for me this time asif they were doing me a favor by giving me what I was going to pay for. after everyone in there not being able to understand orcomprehend their own menu as it's written, including hearing the cooks complain about it I no longer felt comfortable sittingthere having everyone that works there judge me and especially if it was someone preparing my food I haven't been to thislocation in years, but have noticed how slow it often is whenever I'm nearby and figured I would do them a favor and return andthrow some money their way to the store and the wait staff, but they're ignorance and lack of any signage regarding the menu andhash brown portioning ruined that. maybe I'll eat once lunch time rolls around. definitely not here though. Counted 17 dead flies at my table (see photo). The food came so fast it could not have been cooked and I assume it was... microwaved. Bacon, hash browns, and sausage all were supposedly cooked to order, yet brought out in under 4 minutes. I swattednumerous flies while I attempted to eat. If this is the amount of filth at the table I am scared to see where the food is keptand or prepared. To top it off no one asked me how it was or even gave me a chance to share this feedback. I suggest eatingelsewhere and I apologize to the very nice staff for any impact this review may cause. Read more
