October 22nd, at around 11:00 pm. Night staff, especially at the drive through. Are extremely rude, short, with atrocious... customer service. EXTREMELY SLOW, which would be fine if they were at least polite. Seemingly no care for customerswhatsoever. Have made multiple trips before this review, with similar results, this time was just the last straw for thislocation. Something honestly needs to change, whether it be change in staff, or management. It?s unacceptable. Order was more orless correct though, at least. Read more
Went at 4:30 pm. Drive through line was long and barely moving. One person in line left. I ordered the crispy chicken meal,... original, with small fries and a large unsweetened tea. Apparently they only serve medium fries which were really good. The teawas nice and cold. The sandwich was wrong. Instead of the original I received the deluxe with tomatoes, a huge glob ofmayonnaise and a few shreds of lettuce. Didn?t realize this until I pulled it out, half way home and opened the container. Thechicken was good but not what I ordered. Not sure if I?ll be back to this location again. The one on Ann Arbor Road in Plymouthis preferred as they always get my order right and the drive through is fast. Read more
Actually very surprised by the amount of quality that I received this is not typical of most McDonald's. I ordered a flea of... fish ad catch up. What was surprising was that the cat was actually on there in good volume along with the tortoise which isusually the skimpy part for most McDonald's. The cashier was friendly and engaging and the service was relatively quick since itwas 1 AM at night.. I had some security concerns but they were not valudated. This McDonald's location is one of the decent ones. When I visited the drive through on 9/20/22, there was an issue with the... pop I ordered (it appeared that the syrup was running out). The employees replaced it without any problems. Unfortunately whenI got home, I found that I had single cheeseburgers instead of the McDoubles I had ordered. I am sure it was an honestmistake. Ordered a meal through the drive through. Had to walk back through the drive through line just to tell them the order was... missing half the stuff I ordered. Hands me another bag. It's not even the type of burger I ordered when I open it up. Lmao do wehave to open up every single wrapper to make sure you guys can do your jobs like we are your managers or something?! Read more
You can dine in or drive thru. It was not very crowded at 12 o'clock. We were served very quickly. I liked that they didn't... have the electronic system through which the order is made, where I used to waste 15 20 minutes to place an order. Therestaurant is clean and the staff ok. In this location they have a party room for children. I didn't see it being aplayground. Read more
Update: I went back to try again. Service was better food was fresh. But they messed up the chip on my bank card. The first... night the cashier kept taking it in and out roughly.. thought maybe it was the machine just not reading chips didn't thinknothing of it.. went the next day and a different cashier did the same thing... both about 6 times before just sliding my card.Then I go to use it at the grocery store and my chip no longer works...thought maybe my card was dirty tried three other placesstill my chip doesn't work... Point is they messed up my bank card which was working fine before and now doesn't and had toorder another one... Absolutely horrible... Day shift is usually OK but night shift was horrible..... First off I was rushed atthe speaker.. After every sentence I was interrupted and told to pull forward.. After finally getting my order in I took about15 more minutes with one car in front of me to get my food. Then I get my food and it was supposed to have bacon... Got no baconand my food looked like this... Absolutely horrible everything was not even put on my burger but on the side of it... Fries notfull at all.... Forgot to mention when I was ordering they kept telling me they were out of stuff because they were about toclose... They close at 12 I got there at 10... Absolutely unacceptable.... Absolutely the worst McDonald?s in Michigan. I often stop here in the morning on my way into work. Unfortunately this is the... only location on my way. Every single morning, they take FOREVER! Even on the days where there are not many cars in line, theystill take forever. Just this morning I sat in the line for over 20 minutes, just to have to pull out of line after ordering, asI was going to be late to work. The wait at this location is honestly unacceptable. I understand they may be short staffed, buteven when there isn?t a line it still takes them forever. In addition to the wait time, half the time something about my orderis gross. This last time my hash browns were disgusting and I couldn?t even eat them. They tasted like they were cooked in oldoil and then microwaved. Honestly in the future I will go out of my way to go to a different location. I would never recommendthis location for anything and if I could give less than one star, I would. Read more
