From out of town, just wanted some quick food before the hotel across the street. Guess it was closed? At 9:50 on Saturday. Had... 2 people pull up behind me, no one took the order but when pulling by the window to leave, I seen two people. My boyfriend wasdriving and made the suggestion, I wasn?t surprised because I check reviews before I go anywhere. I really wasn?t disappointed,I was more so justified. Have a good one. Read more
Hope there a change here. Had to go bad in 3 different time for a 1st they gave me a single burger 2nd McDonald was cold but... heere the best part 3rd one was just reheated up and the Manager side she made it fresh as well. SMH.... Should of know becausethe lady asked if i had a coupon for the buy 1 get the other for $1.00 Menu. I had to tell her it's on the Menu. Need more of awork ethic here... Read more
My expectations for fast food restaurants is pretty low. Even with these low expectations somehow this McDonalds has lowered... them. Sometimes I just want a breakfast sandwich on my morning commute so like any normal person I leave early in case the storeis busy.....this store seems incapable of taking people's order in a reasonable amount of time? I see people working inside? Canyou at least communicate that it will take a minute. Well me leaving early resulted in me being late because I was boxed in thedrive thru window and not eating anything because as much as I love being late for work I didn't want to wait another fifteenminutes just to order and receive some food. I would avoid this location if you're considering going here. Just pathetic. Read more
Rudely turned away by female staff member staff who said the inside was closed, who initially ignored my presence in the lobby... for a while while they laughed and joked with one another. They had a full staff working so thats definitely not an excuse. Ihope it wasn't racially motivated but these days nothing would surprise me, I was there with my wife and we are an interracialcouple. It left my kids disappointed. I will probably not return. My family deserves better treatment. Read more
Monday Aug 29th. Waited a while in drive thru line. Get to the microphone and they say they can only do orders up to $10. ... There are some meals that come out to over $10. Just confused about this. I understand employee shortages and stuff. But atleast put up a sign so I don't waste my time in line. This is after multiple messed up orders in the past. Better off goingdown the road 3 more miles to the one on Telegraph. I was nice to the employee, not there fault. Bad management. Read more
Wish I could split the review between day and night shift. This location executes great up until about 8pm. I understand... staffing this shift is tough, however last Thursday I pulled up and was told that it was Door Dash only when I pulled aroundthere were 4 employees sitting at a table playing on their phones. Tonight I pulled up and waited 30 minutes for them to takethe 3 car's orders ahead of me to then tell me when I pulled up that they're Door Dash only now. I was the ONLY car left toorder. Seems there is no management presence during the night shift or they just don't care. Day shift 5/5 stars - night shift-5/5 stars. Read more
The only thing reliable about this McDonald's is that I know there will be an issue with my order or the timing when we order... from here. Food is normally lukewarm, the wait is long, and this last visit, 3 of the 5 burgers ordered were missing toppings orentirely the wrong sandwich. I know I shouldn't have high expectations for fast food, but I'd expect them to have more literacythan my kindergartner. Read more
First off I am not the person to write reviews, I have never written a bad review before. I went to this McDonald?s on my lunch... brake there was no line at all I ended up ordering then getting trapped in the drive threw for an hour. I spent 20 min alone atthe window waiting for my food. After 15 minutes I was asked what I ordered then 5 minutes later I was given my food. On top ofthat I didn?t get my drink or the correct sause. Read more
