Terrible service, food wasn't that great either after having to wait 20 minutes for it. Soda machine is out of order, the entire... shop is not very clean. And the employees just feel like they don't want to be there and have a very low sense of customerservice. We ordered Cajun fries and got regular crinkle fries and when we asked about it they said they were out. I had aPopeyes gift card from Kroger and they said they don't accept Popeyes gift cards in a Popeyes chain because they are afranchise. I don't even understand how that makes. Any sense? I?m a regular here and I absolutely love this establishment. I visited again yesterday and the young lady (Shes African... American, short and always has an Afro or pig tails in her hair) who took orders at the counter was so kind. I love herenergy???? and the food is always amazing????. Read more

You will have to wait at least 10 minutes at the speaker with no one in front of you before they will even take your order. Once... they decide to take your order, you?ll have to repeat it at least six times no matter how small it is for them to get it right. The food is usually fresh, but the service is absolutely terrible. They have also been out of every type of dessert for monthswhich is very strange. Read more
I started my experience at this Popeyes by pulling up as the 6th car in line at the drive-in. At this point it was 7:50pm. In... the next 18 minutes, one car had their order taken. 3 of the 5 cars ahead of me left without ordering. I finally made it tothe front of the line at 8:18. I thought about dining in but when I called to ask them if this was possible (after notanswering on four previous phone call attempts during my 30 minutes tenor on line), on the fifth call they told me that thedining room is only open to doordash or Uber Eats. I sure hope the food is good, I've never waited 30 minutes in line in at aDrive-Thru before. I'm only thankful that three ahead of me cars gave up... Who knows how long it would have been until they Ihad taken my order. I finally received my food at 8:25 pm. When I checked my bag I was missing two biscuits I ordered butthankfully I checked before I pulled away. Thankfully the food was hot and very good. I live closer to the Popeye's on FordRoad by about a 10 minute and I opted to take an extra 10 minute ride because that Popeye's never has hot food and never has anytype of seafood. The employees told me the reason for the delay was due to their shift change. At least they were pleasantabout it but this seems excessive and crazy. This may have been the second negative review I've ever done out of maybe 20 totalreviews so you have to have some pretty poor circumstances, service or food quality to receive a negative review from me. Yuck! I was there this afternoon and ordered a four piece meal with a mac & cheese side, small diet Coke, biscuit and a... jalapeño pepper. The person taking orders and at the window were friendly and my order was correct. The diet Coke, mac &cheese and jalapeño pepper were very good, the biscuit was hard as a rock and the four chicken thighs were so small and boneythere couldn?t have been more than an ounce and a half of chicken on each piece. The chicken was dry and didn?t taste all thatgood. I ordered the four piece meal so I could have two pieces tomorrow but there is no way I am going to eat this, they aregoing in the trash. I won?t be back to this location. It?s been over a year since I?ve eaten Popeyes chicken and would usuallygo to the location on Telegraph in Redford and never had a problem there. I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. First off, the previous ratings from Alethea, Xavier, Joyce, AND Raymond are all... EMPLOYEES of this location. How do I know.........because I used to work there. I QUIT after only being there for 2 days becausethis store is downright NASTY and UNPROFESSIONAL. This store is NASTY all around from the cleanliness of the EMPLOYEES to theCLEANLINESS of the store itself. The whole back area smells like SPOILED CHICKEN and they leave it looking a complete messthroughout the duration of their operating hours which is 10am-10pm. They run this store like it is recess at an elementaryschool because most of the crew is MINORS. Beside all of this, they don't even pay their employees ON TIME or barely AT ALL.This place is a joke and needs to be PERMANENTLY CLOSED DOWN. Read more
This was the most pleasant experience I have had in customer service at a drive through of an establishment in some time. I had... the privilege of being greeted by a woman who I found to be exceptional. I hope that the organization is aware of the woman whoworks at this location on this shift. She was an angel.
