Firstly, I just want to commend the two guys working here because they had a million people come in at once and they were really... trying their best to get folks out asap. That being said, a portion of our order got mixed up in the jumble and while still veryyummy, was a bit of a bummer to have happen on top of the half hour wait time. Would still go again for the surf n turf bowlthough, very good!! EDIT: (I didn't realize you could do this or I would have sooner). Used to love the Livonia location on Newburgh but we are done going there. The last couple times, horrible service, food was not... good, and the place look very messy. My wife and I couldn't even finish our food it was that bad. The shrimp and chicken weretough and rubbery. My wife was told that they had zero dressing for her salad. The staff was rude and and disinterested in evenbeing there. I am assuming this is why they leave the lights off on the dining area. We though they might be closed and I amsure others assume the same. There's a Chipotle down the road. Going there next time. Read more
I cannot believe the amount of salt that was on my chips for my nacho, I had to throw them away and go to the store and buy me... some off brand nacho chips just to eat my food. I have high blood pressure and these chips were covered in salt completely, Youwill die eating here. Read more
Used to love this location but not so much right now. Went in today at 11:40 - the prep counters were a mess, the food on... display only partially prepped for lunch (which normally they are ready for the lunch rush by then), the dining area was strewnwith boxes and product wrappers, the floors were sticky and nasty like they haven't been properly cleaned in weeks, and theworkers were sitting around like they had nothing to do (then proceeded to move like they were half asleep when we got to thecounter)! The owner of this location needs to grab ahold of the reigns and correct the course because this prior good locationis heading the wrong way. Read more
I look forward to lunch at Qdoba every week. But lately they have gone down hill with everything from stocking the food line to... cleaning the floors, fixing the stuff hanging off the walls. They havnt even replaced the burnt out lights over the food line.The workers could also perk up a bit an not stand there like they had just woken up as well. I hope this place makes a turnaround for the better. Read more

Just like any Qdoba, the food is always delicious! The staff at this location are friendly and very helpful. Only pulling a star... as orders are often incorrect and/or missing items. Read more
The food is pretty good but on this day the young lady at the cash registers and I assume was handling the internet orders was... kind of rude no hello nothing not one word when I walked in or walked out. The lady before me received the same treatment shejust pushed her order onto the rack and walked away no thank-you have good day nothing. I walk up and she said nothing to me,she got my order from the young lady preparing the order and put into a bag pushed it into the rack and went right back to whatshe was doing. Believe me I understand everyone has a bad day but unfortunately when you are in the food service business thatcustomer service needs to shine if not then maybe she should not be at the front? I ordered the Quesa Birria Burrito and I haveto say I felt like it was a rice burrito because it was filled with mostly rice on top of the rice was hard. Read more
