I used to have breakfast here years ago but then I stopped going. Today I decided to try it once again. It was disappointing. To... be fair, I arrived around 2:00 pm and it might have been a shift change. The service was dreary (for lack of a better word). Iordered the veggie omelette which was good but the hash browns looked (and tasted) as if they had been prepared the monthbefore. I had to request silverware after the food was brought to me. This restaurant has really gone downhill in the last couple years. Food quality has suffered, and the customer service has... become awful, and the prices have gone up, a lot. Multiple mistakes on simple orders, no real solution unless you're orderingthrough a 3rd party app that forces them. Overall not worth the time or money anymore, try literally anywhere else. Food was Alright. Tried the Fettuccine Alfredo and Chicken Noodle Soup, and Sweet potato fries. The Fettuccine Alfredo with... chicken wasn't that good even though the size was nice, and the price was reasonable. The Chicken Noodle Soup was great. Thefries were ok. Service was Amazing and takes 5 stars . The server did a great job and took good care of us. Need to work betteron Cleaning the plates and silverware. I felt more like I'm in a Coney Island. I have had great food from other locations. But this one served us food that was spoiled. After contacting the restaurant was... told a manager would call me back that never happened. After calling back 2 days later talked with the manager he admitted theywere having equipment issues. I asked for a refund for the food we couldn't eat. He said he could give me a gift card. Told himI wouldn't use it and asked for a refund. He told me he would call me back haven't heard from him or the restaurant. It has beenover 2 weeks. Read more
