Brutally honest. I loved the food, but the service at multiple locations has been lacking. Either they disappear for half... hour( I understand they need breaks but someone needs to cover it) , or overwhelmed beyond their experience(management needs toschedule more during peek hours) . I've been lucky, but those with me have gotten cold food, forgotten items, or other smallmistakes. My burgers have always been spot on great. Fries usually hot and fresh. Read more

Ordered the Red Robin cheeseburger for curbside pickup. Order was ready on time and looked presentable. Unfortunately after... eating a few bites of the burger saw pink in the beef. My order was to be made with NO pink. The more I ate the burger the morechewy and odd texture became present. A few hours later I began feeling sick and was close to throwing up and still feel sick. So it?s my first time eating at Red Robin and well the description of the burger that I was taking sounded very interesting it... had fresh salsa avocado lots of fresh salad etc but well when the burger arrived yes was interesting but so bland I was awarethat I was eating something as l had a burger in my hands but taste nothing very sad. Friendly & fast dine in service. Our waiter was named Ricardo and he was very polite, attentive, and knowledgeable of the menu.... I ordered the Royal Red Robin burger with a turkey patty on a brioche bun and a side of garlic fries. The food was hot, freshand delicious. Tonight, I tried their new fondue burger. It was okay, didn't look like the picture on the menu, but that seldom happens. My... burger was cooked properly, no complaints there. Just didn't care for a bacon cheeseburger, does in liquid cheese. It was messy,which is a good thing, but extra napkins didn't appear until asked for. Went here for a birthday celebration. Service was prompt and cordial. Ordered the monster burger with broccoli. Came in a timely... fashion cooked exactly as ordered. They advertise never ending sides but when I asked for more broccoli I was told they couldn?tdo that. The free birthday burger didn?t work & didn?t recognize my phone number.
