I should've gone to LA Mars as usual.. This place here was not good. I would never ever go back. As I entered to sit down I was... informed I needed to order an pay at the counter then sit down. I did and I even included a 5.00 tip for a 20.00 meal. My orderarrived to the table in paper and Styrofoam ????. I was given one napkin bottles water from a cooler, the table had noplacements. Why couldn't I be served on a plate instead of each item in a small Styrofoam container. The cashier should havesaid we are treating all dine in customer's as a carry out. The table wasn't very clean neither the floor under the table. Nota good experience I wanted to ask for a full refund especially for my tip. I was not pleased and DID NOT ENJOY EATING OUT OFSEPARATE dinning containers in the restaurant. What a waste of money and time.!!!!! I so maddddddd. What a WASTE of my MONEY andtime. ????????????????Dine in and was forced to eat out of separate carry out containers. Ugh ugh ugh. P.S. There is no Bakerythat I could see in this establishment.. Ordered two chicken shawarmas. Pick them up got back to work and they were so hard that you could throw them at a wall and put a... hole in it. I called and complained she said she could give us two more sandwiches okay we did that the guy who was cooking saidthey were just crispy. Crispy? Hard as a rock no flavor inside was completely dry so we got our other sandwiches guess what notas hard but still more crispy than it should be no flavor very dry had to throw those away also very disappointed will not evercome back there again. Worst chicken shawarma sandwich in a long time. Chicken very dry, very little chicken. Price seems quite a bit for what we... received. Cook was not to friendly either. Most likely won't be going there again. It's too bad, they used to be excellent. Read more
Customer service is everything to me. I'm a door dasher & secret shopper and as I walked in a gentleman was in there and the... lady up front (blonde hair ) was super nice nice to him... my turn and as I say hello she says yea... and I told her my customername and she pushed the food towards me.... left a bad taste in my mouth as an establishment that customer service should beeverything! Hello, to everyone seeing this, and cares to know this place has amazing food and I'd highly recommend giving it a try also a... pretty clean environment compared to other places. Now you may see I have a 4 star and not a 5 star and you may ask yourself howcome. Well the reason for that is because the women that picks up the calls does a poor job of communicating. Such as not sayinghow long it will take for the food to be cooked also not saying the price I would be paying and finally not greeting when sheanswered the phone. It's happened multiple times but I try to ignore it maybe she's having a bad day. Now that would be it forthis review everything else about this place is amazing give it a try. Read more
Large portion sizes with very tender chicken. Their spicy hummus and garlic sauce tasted rather well done as well. Mix that with... their freshly baked bread. Will definitely have to try their lamb next time. Read more
