This place has the absolute BEST service of all the options for morning drinks. Nadja doesn't just make my smoothie, she makes... my mornings. Service is friendly, fast, accurate and professional. this is a new location and i tried it for the first time and i was amazed, i had the banana berry treat smoothie and it was... delicious and very healthy. my friend got the Lean1 strawberry smoothie and she loved it as well. the customer service wasamazing and the staff was super helpful knowing it was my first time at this place. the place was super clean, bright anduplifting and had very good vibes. only reason it gets 4 stars is cause it?s a bit pricey, but i say it?s worth it Read more
I keep trying to give this location a chance since it is close to me, but I'm disappointed time after time. I have to give up... after today. I was asked for my order only to be stopped because the associate didn't know where my smoothie is located on themenu. So I told her. She asked me to "hold on for a minute" after a few minutes she came back & asked me again wear it was onthe menu because she is new to the menu. After telling her again, she asked me to hold again. At that point, I left. I'd alreadybeen there 10 minutes. I've been to location before & no one was even there. I've also waiting in line behind no one for 10 plusminutes after being asked to wait at the order screen. Too many bad experiences for me to return. I'll just drive all the way tothe other Livonia location. Read more
