Usually, I'd say 50% of the time, I have to go inside for a receipt because they don't refill the receipt paper on the pumps.... Lately it's even worse... many of the pump's card readers don't work. I tried two different cards, neither worked. Had to goinside to pay (same card worked fine) and guess how much it would take. Read more
When I told the manager that the soda I wanted was out of syrup, she gave me a dumb look and continued what she was doing! The... poor cashier had a large line forming and ignored him too! The manager needs retraining and reminding that the customer alsocomes first! Read more
Used to be great...but it seems like the past 3-4 month has been like they are "existing without effort". From receipts paper... at the pump not being added when empty to being totally inconsistent with the cafe portion. The cashiers don't care and seem tobe referring to them like they're a different entity. But yet they keep the signs out in front letting people know they haveburgers and sandwiches. Now to be straight up I usually don't arrive until after work most days. Seemingly I've been toldrecently they close at 4:00 p.m. on the cafe each day. It is 3:20 p.m. on a Wednesday in the cashier said they must have closedearly today?!? As of now I'm just completely writing them off for the Cafe portion of their business. If they can't beconsistent not caring, then I'm just nervous about the food quality at that point. To me they will be more or less like anyother gas station with grab and go items. I will update this if it changes Addition Edit: Coke slushie was not lit up red butyet was barely having anything coming out. Get the three people in the store was behind the register, sweeping the floor, orstraightening. Walked in for gas. Waited in line for almost 10 minutes as the lady walked around the store doing things like wiping the... counters and gathering trash. I appreciate the cleaning but feel like it could?ve waited one minute. She noticed I was at thecounter the second I got there as well as the line forming behind me but kept going with the small tasks that are usuallysupposed to be done when the store is empty. When she finally came up to the counter she didn?t say a single world. Didn?tapologize for the wait or asked what I needed, just stared. Gas is always 15 to 30 cents more expensive than the gas stations around it. Card reader was messed up and damaged my chip at... the pump and now my tap won?t work either really poorly kept gas station. Read more
Prepaid for gas, a $100. Waited by the pump for the attendant to turn it on. Went back in to ask if it was going to be turned... on and received an absolutely unacceptable attitude. When I said she was being rude, she said I was the one that's rude. Customer service now a days is gone. Speedway is not getting my business anymore. Read more
For how new this speedway is, it is pretty run down. It's supposed to be a speedy Cafe, but good luck trying to order anything. ... They are either out of what you want, or not open for ordering food. If you then have to opt for a hit dog or slice of pizza,they are usually not available either. When I try to pay at the pump for fuel, It always says "see cashier", so I have to goback in. Read more
