I was at subway at 37579 Five Mile Rd, Livonia, MI 48154, the hallway to the back of the restaurant is blocked off so no... costumers can use the restroom. this is the only subway I've ever entered that doesn't understand you serv food. how can I washmy hands before I eat a sandwich with my hands and why should I search for another business to use the lavatories at afterwordtreat your customers better. Went in to try the new Subway menu, the store is fairly new and clearly the staff haven't finish set up the shop yet. However, I... was surprised at their speed of services and I was able to quickly order and got my two sandwiches even though there wereanother customer when I arrived. It was horrible. I?ve never been to a subway and felt discriminated against. I went a happy man and left feeling uncomfortable.... I ordered a 6 inch sub and saw fresh cookies on a tray and asked if I could order some. Was told no they are to hot you have towait. I asked if I could pre pay with my food and make it a meal with cookies and pick them up after finishing my food and wastold no they may not have any left it?s first come first serve. I ordered my food ate it and walked back in to get the finishedcookies and was told I could only order two to be fair to any others. Mind you I?m not in a busy area I?ve never had an issuelike this at any subway. Read more
Felt dirty. Food was the same as other Subway locations maybe it is just a tired location with tired staff? Really weird vibe???? ???? here. We stop n for a bite 2 eat ???? ????. We asked the guy working here what the Friday special... was. He told us it was Tuesday.....( it IS Friday). Not accommodating at all. Instead of being helpful with the issue about my gift cards they told me there was nothing they could... do and that I had to pay full price. We double checked the balance prior to going and even the girl said that it was a computerissue so I wasted my time ordering just to leave with no food since I didn?t have enough cash to cover the amount.
