Brunch menu leaves a lot to be desired. ?Homemade Hash? almost certainly comes out of a can. For that they lack in brunch, they... make up for with their delightful Polish menu. Still love this place all the same, just hope they work to offer a better, morehonest brunch experience in the future. Read more
The first clue was that this place was packed still at 1:30 on a weekday. A really good sign. Sure enough, service and food were... both top-notch. Clearly the locals know what a gem this place is. I was excited to find a number of Polish items on the menu,including city chicken. I got one of two Polish plates, the one with city chicken on it. The second Polish plate is the same,but has (Dearborn brand) kielbasa instead. I started with a bowl of French onion soup, which I always try when it?s on amenu. Everything (except the French onion soup) was outstanding, my only regret was that I couldn?t eat more. The soup was ok,but nothing special. The waitress even brought out a new round of drinks (unprompted), because there was some confusion aboutwho actually got regular Coke vs. Diet Coke. Didn?t get to try the wonderful looking pies and cakes near the door in a dessertcase, that can be my goal for my next visit. Read more
Extremely clean establishment. Food just like mom would make. Tuna salad with dill and capers was amazing. Fresh squeezed orange... juice for breakfast served until 3pm. Waitress accommodated my 6 year old niece's request for plain spaghetti noodles withbutter. Waitstaff is friendly, efficient, and professional. Owner should be proud of their staff, their manager(s), andthemselves for running such a great establishment. Wish there were a Thomas's in Saline. Read more
Overall a very decent restaurant. The setting inside has darker earth tone like colors to give it a more relaxed atmosphere. The... wait staff were friendly and made sure your drinks were full. Portions were also pretty big. I ordered the cobb salad and I hadto take half of it home because I could not finish it. Again overall a very decent restaurant. Read more

Come to Thomas's Family Dining on Thursday for the most amazing German Tomato Soup. I love the Polish Plate that comes with... Kielbasa, Pierogi, Stuffed Cabbage, Mashed Potatoes, and Sauerkraut. You'll need a to go box! Post COVID-19 update: Thomas's isfully operational, with dividers between booths, hand sanitizers at each table was well. The wait staff is amazing, and so arethe chefs! New tech in place had the waitress taking your order on a wireless device then she takes payment right at the tabletoo! Tonight we had apple pie and butter pecan ice cream for dessert. The pie was so good, and it turns out they bake it onsite! Read more
Never had a bad thing from the menu. The traverse city cherry pancakes were phenomenal. The pecan crusted chicken is amazing.... The polish plates are fantastic, too. Always a favorite place to go. Read more
