This location needs a new management or to shut down completely. It?s either opening late daily or not having any food items... available? ?yet?. Sometimes they don?t even have coffee available. Don?t need to be a rocket scientist to know that the staffisn?t showing up on time, before opening to complete all opening tasks so their product is readily available for the storeopening. Read more
Please understand I tried to indicate NO STAR. This location deserves NONE! This is the slowest, least managed, Tim Hortons... I've ever patronize. It's good that it doesn't matter that I'm late for work because even when I'm early, when I stop here Ican guarantee to be at least 10 to 20 minutes later and I only order a coffee, nothing else. I blame all the problems thislocation has on the owner...This owner does not care how this location is managed. If he did, he would never allow ONE personto open. I question why you're still open because less people stay and wait,...less every single day. I guess the owner willjust wait until NO ONE stays and waits 20 minutes in the drive-in for ONE coffee. I can promise if this owner tries tocompensate for not hire more people to run this location by increasing prices, AGAIN, I will NEVER come back EVER! They are out of everything except coffee n bagels n donuts. There were 3 women by the window area. One of them was cussing like... Richard Pryor. F$$k this, f$$k that. Loud enough I could hear in my car. The others complaining because they have no product.One girl out back by the order sign smoking a cigarette. The cashier was so rude. Ask for 1/2 dozen muffin and she doesn?t have patients to get what I needed. I ask for strawberry... cheese cake muffins then the reply was I only have one. I said there is 4sitting on the display shelf. It was hard thing for herto do. Once she packed up the muffin she left it on the counter. The breakfast sandwiches were as good as they get. In my opinion they are still king of the bacon egg and cheese croissant... sandwich. Coffees on the other hand I'm only a fan of the regular medium double double. I always have a hard time whenchoosing something different. For example the peppermint mocha whip cream is the same cream used in the donuts. I did not likeit. They could improve the formula. Read more
Ordered two ice Capps. Both were completely spoiled. I'm 36 weeks pregnant so we'll see how well this goes over. Tried to call... the location 5 times to let them know and nobody answered. The place was staffed with at least 3 employees so no excuse toignore the lines. Staff were vaping in the back as well. Will not return. Read more
