Order was rang up wrong and when I got to the drive through I wasn?t even at the speaker and the lady who took my order said Tim... Hortons how can I help you & then once I didn?t respond she yelled TIM HORTONS CAN I HELP YOU very rude and then the order waswrong at the window they gave me a black iced coffee when it was supposed to have cream sugar and vanilla. Once he ?corrected?the coffee he left coffee dripping down the side of the cup and then I had to ask for napkins because it was so full it wasspilling everywhere Read more

A year ago, I posted that this was one of the worst franchises I've ever been to, with a rude staff, unpredictable hours and... inconsistent food offerings. It closed down and was purchased by new management, and I wanted to revise my rating after a fewvisits. The new management hasn't done much that any Tim Horton's hasn't done before, but they've brought a consistency andfriendliness that was sorely lacking. They're fast, they're courteous and they set the right expectations (they close earlierthan many Tim Hortons, but they at least are open about their hours; they don't open the dining room, but they keep the drive-inmoving quickly). It's a breath of fresh air from what it was. Keep up the good work! Read more

The guy who took my order told me six bagels would cost $12, but by the time I rolled up to the window, he told the employee to... charge me $19 with no other explanation as to why he changed his mind other than "that's the price." Why would you tell me theprice is $12, not correct yourself until after I give you my card then tell me I can take it or leave it? I don't believe in"the customer is always right," but this is clearly a situation where you charge me the price you told me. Read more

Stars are not for this store. On 1/18/2021 at 12:51 PM EST I made an online order via drive-through. Store lights were on and... the open signs were on but no one was in to serve my order. How hard is it to disable online orders when no one is there toserve customers. Two days later and the store is still closed but lights are off now. How hard is it to update your hoursonline? This franchisee clearly does not follow any business practices set by the franchise. It is simple. You cannot charge thecustomer when you are not even there to serve them. Rude employee, I order grilled cheese, and she told me who eat grilled cheese at 9:30 in the morning. If I don?t wana make... grilled cheese just tell me we are out of cheese or it?s not available.
