Had to wait in drive thru over 20 mins. Then they forgot 1/3 of our meal. Since inside is closed, we had to wait in dt line,... again, to get the rest of food we paid for. By this time everything is cold, soggy. Wate of time & money. Read more

The 2 closest competitors were so busy I decided to give this Wendy's a shot after a few year hiatus due to the same things I... wear through again today. 5 times repeating myself on what to put on my burger. Literally had to repeat it 5 times cuz it waswrong each time she repeated it back. Finally got it right and the burger is not right. It's not as if I made some outrageousrequests for the burger. To say this place is slow as an understatement! When going through the drive-through they will take one order at the speaker... only, and NOT take another until that 1st order was completed and handed out. The last 3 times I went there every employee thathelped me, looked miserable as if they wanted to be anywhere else but there. Bought 2 kids happy meals. Right after picking son up from school and on my way to post office... Long drive through line. No... open lobby. The only thing good was My (Mom's) Frosty. My kids couldn't eat this! But, I was already at the Post office. * Nowonder I had to request the receipt they weren't automatically handing out. Read more

As I sat in the drive through, I heard the lady on the speaker telling the man in front of me all the things they were out of.... It helped me decide what to order, but even with that info, they were still out of two things I was trying to get. It was lateafternoon and they were out of all frosties except strawberry, all teas, Asiago cheese, and at least three other things shementioned to the guy in front of me. She was awesome about it. Good attitude, apologetic, and kind. I felt bad for her. I'msure not everyone was nice about it. I know there are shortages everywhere, and I have no real answer in how to fix it, butsomething that used to be so reliable really isn't any longer. Maybe that's a good thing? Read more

Waited in the drive-through, after someone had ordered, for 20 minutes with no one answering. I called the store and the guy... that answered said they were open and someone would be there. Another 10 mins later, suddenly the system is down and the ladycan?t take any orders. This Wendy?s is terrible. They could have just said that instead of leaving me waiting for 30 mins. Read more

Wasn't feeling good so took the kids to get frosties.....decided I could hold down a salad. No spoons and two straws I ordered... 6 frosties. So I got the southwest salad with spicy chicken or so I thought. I got home to open my food to have a few pieces oflettuce (literally like 15 pieces)and a mess of I don't know what. I looks like a combo of bacon chicken and guacamole smashedtogether. For yall to charge me almost 9 dollars for a salad that isn't a salad and not even close to appealing, I couldn't eatit. I ordered a Baconactor large meal, bbq bourbon burger large meal and 4 piece kids meal. What I got was 2 Jr. Bacon... cheeseburgers, 2 large fries and drinks and kids meal had 2 nuggets and barely any fries. I called the restaurant to inform themof the mistake and they said it was too late since we left and can't prove that's what they gave us. Like seriously? I don'twant to spend $30 for them to mess up the food and say too bad we left. That's disrespectful and bad customer service. I wouldavoid this location at all costs. The drive thru guy must been having a bad day cause he kept having an attitude and messingthings up. Read more
