If I could give zero I would. First, I walked in and asked if the new sandwich was made from breast or thigh. Answer- "I'm not... sure". Then I watch as five different people ask where their order is and the answer-"I'm not sure". Then one nice lady asked ifher order was ready, she had ordered two hours ahead of pick up, and the manager said"I'm the only one cooking, it will be aminute". All of this went on as I observed piles of chicken sitting in the fryer basket already cooked! After waiting over ahalf hour for my sandwich that was clearly cooked and laying in a basket over the fryer, along with my fries right next to them.They handed me my meal and I left. As I took the first bite of my Luke warm chicken nugget on a bun that I had to tear apartwith my teeth to attempt to chew, I realized this was the worst experience ever. Now I am huge fan of the fresh cut fries withgray seasoning, however mine this time we're soggy and so over seasoned they were not edible. GET Your shxt together wing stop!I will not return to this location ever again ! People pay more now than ever to eat out and cold soggy food is unacceptable! Read more
We frequent Wingstop, but I think we're done. This is the second time they have forgotten our fries on a to-go order. However,... this time, we checked before we left and brought it to the attention of a worker. She was less than thrilled to go back and getus the fries we ordered. When she brought them back, they were just in the container, not in a to-go container. When I asked herto bag them, she copped a huge attitude. It's a shame the workers don't care about accuracy or attitude, because the food isgood. Read more
Teri is the most unprofessional manager to ever work at Wingstop. Not only does she not know how to properly train anyone to do... their job properly she lets everyone touch raw chicken without making them wash their hands. Each member of the staff is lazywhich causes major wait times for customers. I have been a customer for years and will never return to this location ever again!Do not eat here! Read more
Worst experience ever. They gave me the oldest fries as it was soo soggy. I should have checked it in the store but I had a huge... order. Two out of 16 pieces of wings was missing. I paid 37 and some change for no reason as the kids wasn?t even able to eat the fries Since it wasn?t edible. If I could give zero starts I would have. WORST PLACE EVER! If first impressions are important, This place blew it! Was promised my boneless wing combo in 15-20 min. It was more 25-30. (... half of my lunch break). Chicken was ice cold. Dipping sauce made it colder! Fries hot but burnt. First and last visit. Worthyof no stars! Smh! Sad part is, I dined in. This wasn't a carryout. Really enjoyed this. First time here and told the staff. They treated me well and explained things. I tried two flavors this... time, mango habanero and garlic parmesan. The garlic parmesan is dry not a sauce but it's one of the best I've had. The mangowas great too, but the fries??? Holy cow, they recommended the lemon pepper. Delicious!
