I eat here about once a week. The food is always good and the service is always friendly and fast. I like that they hire the... local kids in town who probably need the work. They will also refill your drinks which is a big plus during the summer months. Read more
I'm here to change my post from a 5 star to a 1 star review because of my recent experience. I reached out to the owner who... apparently doesn't care. I went in on Sunday at 7:28pm to order for 7 ppl. When I got to the speaker the girl said we have nochicken because we close in 10 mins. Really!? I'm no expert but when does a business close at a time like 7:38? Especially whenthe hours on the website say 10am - 9pm daily. To hell with this place, I'll never go back!! Read more

Has bugs everywhere.. place stinks.. if you ask for dark meat they just tell you they don?t have it and look at you like your... stupid for ordering it. They clearly had more than enough dark meat. Dark meat is cheaper than white meat by far. Makes nosense. It can be two hours from close they ain?t cooking anything more than what they have. Without new management this placewill probably fail. Then again it?s in a tiny town so your choices are slim to none. If this place had better service and wascleaner inside and out it would probably make a killing. Read more
This location has the BEST service we've seen in a fast food place in a long time. I know it's a smaller location, but the way... the clerk, Thor, took care of us, we could have been in a five star restaurant. He was friendly, accommodating, social with allthe families there, and busy cleaning in between serving. And the food was great, Way to go Llano Chicken E! Read more
I used to really like their food, but recently it's been very bad. Got a combo meal to go today, only to find it room... temperature / cold when I got home, less than 5 minutes later. My sides tasted like dirty fryer oil, the chicken pieces werehalf the size they used to be. I threw most of it away. Waste of $10. Definitely not going back to thislocation. _____________ After about a year, I gave them another chance. Food was hot, but again, tasted like grease, chickentenders are even smaller, AND ONE HAD A DEAD FLY STUCK TO IT AND A DEAD FLY IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX. I discovered this aftergetting home.
