NO STARS Trailblazer Grille (Llano) should really stop stating on your website and FB page that you offer online ordering AND... delivery. Why not just say orders are outsourced. That way when my $75 order to feed my family of three sits on your countergetting cold, I?ll know in advance your restaurant won?t take responsibility. I left my phone number with the online form linkedto your website, stating that for any reason, regarding my order, please call me! My order was sitting on your counter gettingcold for 40 minutes, while your front restaurant staff did nothing. Cold food warrants a phone call in my book. If Door Dashwasn?t showing up, at least give your customers the option of picking up their order while it?s still edible. So let meunderstand. You?ll take my money, tell me it?s not your fault my order wasn?t delivered and then accuse me of rudeness. No. Yourmanagement does not know how to be polite, they don?t listen to their customers, they talk over them and don?t know how avert anescalation. The server answering the phone when I called to ask when our order would be delivered, said, word for word??youdidn?t order through Door Dash, did you?? That comment sounds like there?s been other delivery issues and yet, your restaurantcontinues to promote this delivery outsource with the full knowledge deliveries don?t always happen. This knowledge makes yourbusiness responsible to your customers. Your cooks had to remake our order while your restaurant was trying to close (weoriginally ordered TWO HOURS before closing), you?re out the cost of the original order AND the cost of the remade order. Notthe best business practices. There was no offer to remake our order. We had to insist that our order be remade. In fact, when wedrove to Trailblazers to get a new order, they tried to get us to leave with the cold order, even though they supposedly knew wewere coming in to pick up a new order. Baked Mac n cheese was amazing! However the chicken fried steak was sooo small. Too small for the price. And the Mashed potatoes... were dry and had absolutely NO FLAVOR. As if they were leftover baked potatoes from the day before. They also still had theskins inside. ???? beautiful original brick walls tho. Read more

I had the Signature Meatloaf which came with three generous slices. I like to judge the flavor without gravies or sauces so... request for them on the side. The meatloaf tastes fine and is obviously made in-house. The mashed potatoes were real also; Isuspect they make most of their entrees and sides in-house. Prices are reasonable. Great stop in LLANO. We were northbound from Kerrville. Good menu and service. Cat is a jewel. Hamburgers were incredible.... Homemade brioche buns. Yum. They didn?t survive long enough for pictures. Sorry. Really good fried Okra!!! Do not forget to getthe peach cobbler, big enough for two normal people or one professional cobbler eater. This is peach country. Read more
My friend and I met here for lunch and we were both pleasantly surprised! The food was very good. The ?made from scratch? soup... was delicious and both of our sandwiches were excellent. They were larger than we had expected and I happily had my other halfwrapped to go. We will definitely be back to try many other things from their menu. Read more
We stopped here for dinner after looking up places in the area. We were greeted at the door and were seated quickly. The young... waitress we had was very polite and bubbly. We ordered drinks and the local red wine was great! My husband ordered the chickenfried steak with cream gravy, mashed potatoes and green beans. I ordered the chicken pot pie with a side salad. The pot pie wasabsolutely delicious! The crust was cooked perfectly and was super flakey and the inside reminded me of dumplings without thedumplings. I love that they use shredded chicken versus chicken chunks. My husband didn?t stop to breathe before his chickenfried steak was gone! He enjoyed every bite. We were a little confused at the end of our meal because we were not entirely sureif we pay the waitress or go to the front to pay since we had never been there before but we learned quickly and were able topay out at the front and go on our way. If we are ever passing back through, we will definitely stop here again. Read more
