Its 8:30pm on a Friday night the open sign is on the employee is behind the counter but the door is locked and he just looks at... you when you walk up. The door is right next to an hours of operation sign that says they are open until 9pm. Read more
Came in around 5 PM on Monday afternoon, with no lines and clean dining area, including the drink area. If you've been to... Subways you have seen what people do to the drink area. It was pretty dang clean! Young man arrived from out back (only employeeon duty at the time) to provide prompt and courteous service. He GUESSED a few of my ingredients and remembered specificrequests, this young man was almost clairvoyant in making my sandwich! For the first time, may I add! I highly reccomend thisperson receiving a raise upon review, as it has been a long time since I was treated so well by a Subway employee. I think itmay have even made the sandwich taste better. The woman behind the counter was rude, inattentive, unsanitary, and unprofessional. This is the worst experience I have ever had... at any fast-food! Bad, bad, bad, to worst Subway experience ever. The owner's of this Subway really need to put some effort into their business.... Dirty, one overwhelmed employee, 37 minute wait in line to find out that you are out of the ingredients to make my sandwich.From reading the reviews it does not seem to be the first time you are out of the meatball sub ingredients.
