Came in around 5 PM on Monday afternoon, with no lines and clean dining area, including the drink area. If you've been to... Subways you have seen what people do to the drink area. It was pretty dang clean! Young man arrived from out back (only employeeon duty at the time) to provide prompt and courteous service. He GUESSED a few of my ingredients and remembered specificrequests, this young man was almost clairvoyant in making my sandwich! For the first time, may I add! I highly reccomend thisperson receiving a raise upon review, as it has been a long time since I was treated so well by a Subway employee. I think itmay have even made the sandwich taste better. The woman behind the counter was rude, inattentive, unsanitary, and unprofessional. This is the worst experience I have ever had... at any fast-food! I refused to order anything and will not if I see the same person behind the counter again. She was notwearing a name tag and refused to give me her name. Bad, bad, bad, to worst Subway experience ever. The owner's of this Subway really need to put some effort into their business.... Dirty, one overwhelmed employee, 37 minute wait in line to find out that you are out of the ingredients to make my sandwich.From reading the reviews it does not seem to be the first time you are out of the meatball sub ingredients. It isidinner wittime,s this is unacceptable. Subway is arguably the fast-food of sandwich places. Well it's better than most and not remotely as good as the great ones, this... one doesn't really seem to surpass the middle area. I would give this a 3 start rating but after today nope. Went there at 7pm and they had NO bread. They close at 10pm that?s 3... hours of Business operation still, and on top of that they advertise meatball, and bbq rib sandwiches but don?t haveneither..... ??????????? with this being the only ?fast food? place in a 20min drive you would think that they would ha e thes**t together. Your best best is to pass this up and take the extra time to go to a different place. Read more
Good morning. I hardly ever write reviews because I don't usually care enough and move on when something happens but I'm getting... really tired of it. I am a local who lives in Lloyd and go to subway a lot for breakfast. Every time I go there at 9:05am, thestore is still not be opened and the employee there will make me wait out there until she feels like opening the door. Even whenI do go inside after waiting outside for her to open the door, she has an attitude the whole time. After finally ordering mysandwich, I order a drink and the tea isn't even near being ready. I mean this has happened about 10 times where nothing wasready for opening. And when I ask why the tea is NEVER ready, she told me "we don't do tea until 10am". Ive worked at a subwaybefore and in the restaurant industry for a long time and that's BS. She is very rude and every time someone else is workingthat morning, everything is done. Traveling and stopped here for a quick bite. Black lady that was closing with the northern accent let my food get Ice cold. She... kept my change for her tips.
